Slower shipping than states Ordered on Dec 17. Stated 7-10 days shipping. Today is January 1. Nothing. I was sent a tracking number but according to USPS, they haven’t even received the package. A label was just created at the company site. I’m not really convinced that the package has been shipped. 16 days later.

Love it!! I bought the Akita and the leopard gecko. My daughter loved putting them together and they are adorable. She customized the Akita to look like ours and customer service was very helpful getting her the right bricks. Great product. Great customer service

I ordered a custom doggo for my adult… I ordered a custom doggo for my adult son's birthday. I was looking for a unique and personal gift. He has loved Legos since he was a kid so when I saw this, i knew it would be a perfect gift. United-Doggo worked with me to get it just right. I ordered it before Christmas, and it took a little longer to receive the final product than I hoped, but it was well worth the wait. We both love his Lego doggo. It looks just like his beloved pet and friends and family love it too. Aside from our satisfaction with the final product, the exceptional customer service is what really sold me to recommend this company. They’re okay I ordered two sets for family for Christmas presents well in advance to make sure it would get here on time. One of the sets got here with no issue. The other one was reported lost by the mail carrier. When I inquired about it asking if would send another one, they told me not to worry about it and to contact them in 6 weeks if I hadn’t received it. Two months later I get an obscure box in the mail with all of the pieces in a single bag, no instructions. My other set came nicely separated by brick type with decent Instructions. For the price I was expecting a little better but my family members loved their sets, even though one was a Valentine’s Day present instead of a Christmas present

Color of light labradoodle not correct… Color of light labradoodle not correct for what we received. The images when ordering looked more like a very light tan. Color of bricks in kit received was very white, almost with a pink tone.
