Chased order as not received after 4… Chased order as not received after 4 weeks. Apparently there was a glitch with the ordering system. Natocraft finally offered to send the puzzle but I requested a full refund with no response. Still no response or refund received after weeks of chasing. I ordered a turtle puzzle for my son's teacher as an end of year gift. Placed order months ago to ensure plenty of time for delivery. Very disappointed. Shame as the products look amazing! Poor customer service.

Very high quality puzzles! Very high quality puzzles! I was very pleased with both of my purchases. The colors are crisp, the pieces fit together well, and it looks great! While the prices are a little high, they are very well worth it for the quality and durability of the product received. Plus, the fun and unique shapes make it even more enjoyable to put together.

Great customer service - implementation a little rough I ordered two puzzles shortly after Christmas. I did not receive any kind of confirmation email with an order number, which I found worrying. I reached out to the company, and they were able to provide one. It then took FOREVER to ship the puzzles out. I waited two weeks, contacted customer service again, and the CS team got the puzzles to me ASAP. Much to my disappointment, the puzzle was largely straight edges and didn't hold together. Contacted CS a third time and they redesigned and shipped a (better) replacement for free. Frustrating experience, but their customer service team really worked hard to make me happy. And the final product is beautiful and well made.
