5 Star I Love your puzzles! The Colors are vivid and they quality of them is Great.Iam on my 2nd puzzle and plan on ordering another now so when Iam done I have it on hand.

The item is poor quality for the price The item is poor quality for the price. Came poorly packaged and pieces were falling out. Very fragile, several pieces were broken in box. Box lid doesn't stay on. excessively small pieces. I love puzzles but most likely won't bother attempting this one.

Second order. This was my second order so that says something. Haven’t received it yet but expect same quality as before. Love these wooden puzzles.

We are senior adults with no children… We are senior adults with no children or pets living with us - the very pretty koala and child puzzle has 2 pieces missing from the child's ear. We believe we did not loose them. Thank you for the opportunity to let you know.

Was given two Nanocraft premium wooden… Was given two Nanocraft premium wooden puzzles--the Koala and the Turtle--as a gift. Both puzzles were missing two pieces. Finally emailed the company hoping to have a replacement sent. Instead they told me to request the order number from my gift giver and to put the puzzles together and take a picture!!!! Now why would I spend the time to put together two puzzles that I know are missing pieces? I cannot in a clear mind ask my friend for the receipt, as I think my friend would be very ashamed that they gave me a gift that was "broken". Very sad company.
