GBMy puzzle box came damaged My puzzle box came damaged. They said it was a shipping problem, & they would let their shipping department know. The package was not damaged at all. It was broken before being boxed. Another scam company. Buyer beware.

GBChased order as not received after 4… Chased order as not received after 4 weeks. Apparently there was a glitch with the ordering system. Natocraft finally offered to send the puzzle but I requested a full refund with no response. Still no response or refund received after weeks of chasing. I ordered a turtle puzzle for my son's teacher as an end of year gift. Placed order months ago to ensure plenty of time for delivery. Very disappointed. Shame as the products look amazing! Poor customer service.

GBWas given two Nanocraft premium wooden… Was given two Nanocraft premium wooden puzzles--the Koala and the Turtle--as a gift. Both puzzles were missing two pieces. Finally emailed the company hoping to have a replacement sent. Instead they told me to request the order number from my gift giver and to put the puzzles together and take a picture!!!! Now why would I spend the time to put together two puzzles that I know are missing pieces? I cannot in a clear mind ask my friend for the receipt, as I think my friend would be very ashamed that they gave me a gift that was "broken". Very sad company.

GBFun puzzle Fun puzzle. Enjoyed putting it together. It is not an interlocking puzzle so it would not stay together but still fun. On my wall.
