Great service and support I had a malfunction on a product I bought and the service was just perfect. They responded very quickly and we found a solution really fast.

Absolutely awful experience Absolutely awful experience! Placed order on November 25, 11 days later, it was still showing as processing. Repeated attempts to contact their 'world class' customer service via email, messages, Instagram, phone call (which, BTW... no one ever picks up) only to be told that they need to contact warehouse. No updates for ANOTHER week until starting a process with Paypal, at which point they responded and the item is showing as shipped.... with the delivery date of January 4th!!! After repeatedly being told I need this by December 22nd! And did I mention all this for the fine fine shipping price of $36???? Awful company, awful customer support, absolutely awful experience. Never again.

Customer-Service Level: Legendary Hey—sometimes problems happen. It’s a fact of life. But when they do (side note: in the 4 years since I started ordering from Theory11—and that’s $1000+ in business I’ve given them—I’ve had ONE item arrive damaged, so…you do the math), what happens *afterward* is the real character metric of the sort of company with whom you’re dealing. The replacement process couldn’t have been more effortlessly simple, and as entirely prepared as I was to send back the damaged $50 item, that wasn’t something they even considered requesting of me. Generous, gracious, beyond fair, prompt, top-notch communicators—what more could you want? This is the way it’s done, folks. If only all sellers “got it” the way Theory11 gets it…but until that unlikely day dawns, I’ll just keep right on buying from them.

BUYER BEWARE-TOTAL WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!! Nice cards, but ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered 3 decks of cards for a birthday gift 30 days before the event. 20 days go by & I contact Theory11 for help in getting the order in time-THEY COULD NOT CARE LESS! No Help-No Cards-NEVER received my order! They finally refunded my money after more than a month & made a snide comment about verifying my address when I re-order! WHAT A JOKE-Like that will ever happen! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Superb quality of playing cards Superb quality of playing cards - I’ve bought quite a few over the years. On the only occasion I’ve had a problem (glue had separated on a box intended as a gift) Mandy in customer services was super friendly and efficient. A replacement box is on its way!
