Sleight of Hand Theory11 uses unethical tactics to secure your purchase. Namely, all of the reviews on the site are carefully reviewed to make sure they are either 4-star or 5-star reviews, and that the review is glowing about the product. I've ordered from Theory11 multiple times, but my purchases came to a dramatic halt when I purchased the Zandman Book Test, wrote a POSITIVE review (3 stars), but also offered some constructive criticism about some of the issues with the magic trick. After multiple attempts to get my review published (as I felt like it would've been far more comprehensive than any other review I saw on the site), it just never got approved. Again, this was a largely positive review - it makes me wonder how many negative reviews have been snuffed by the company. In the future, I would likely buy decks of cards from Theory11, as they are usually high-quality, but I would warn against buying their other products, some of which are a sleight of hand to pick money from your wallet.

Customer support very helpful Just purchased the new Guardians of the Galaxy playing cards and when I received them, one card was damaged. I reached out to customer support and they helped me resolve the issue and sent a new pack. I've bought several other packs, and love all of them. So fun collecting these beautiful playing cards!

Great Customer Service My original order indicated it was delivered and unfortunately I did not receive my order. After looking into potential reasons myself, and even waiting several days in the event it was late to deliver, I had not received it. I emailed the customer service and shared my situation and they were very friendly and understanding. They helped resolve this and provided me with a replacement order for the original one I had not received, all within a timely manner. As a first time purchaser, I was very upset when my original order was not delivered, however they listened to me and provided great service. I will look to purchasing future orders from them

SCAM go away This is scam, don't ever waste your money and time on them. They'll take your money then just disappear. I have waited for two months for my order, and it's still in America never delivery. I sent them emails and they always reply same email told me to wait one more week. I ask them to cancel mu order and refund, they never respond. So I just lost over 130 dollars

Screened reviews and poor service Poor customer service and they screen don't allow poor reviews to be posted on their website, making it look like all reviews are 5 star. Ordered over $100 in cards, and order site had issues - resulting in a missing item. Contacted immediately and repeatedly, but was told it was too late to change order because it had already been prepared. 2 days later the shipment almost ready notice came to me, and two days after that it actually shipped. Customer service could have helped but chose not to do so. Really disappointed. Cards are great - but incredibly overpriced, as is S&H if you are below a high minimum for free shipping.
