GBAvoid Crazy Collecting! Do NOT order from this store! They will charge you and not ship the item nor will they respond to any communication you send them regarding the status of your order. I ordered something from them back in December and am unable to hear anything from them regarding my order I paid for.

Incredible customer service that is willing to go above and beyond (actually cares about collectors), quick In-Stock shipping, super cool presentation with packaging, and loved that I could track everything with the Shop App!

GBThis experience was the best!!! This experience was the best!!! It started out like some others on here where they bought an item and had a shipping label printed out and that was it for over a few days. I run a business and had to send this person a new figure so I used this company. After so many days I decided to call my bank and dispute the payment and I received a refund then they shipped the item to the correct address plus gave a gift pack for the inconvenience!! It was packed awesome and so were the figures so they came back and rectified the situation all the way through. Should have a phone number to call for issues instead of just an email. These guys are the best!!! I will not shop on Amazon anymore for my Star Wars collection. Kyle and Tom are a father and son business and they obviously care about their customers unlike the others. Thanks guys!!!

GBI've reached out to their company on… I've reached out to their company on several occasions, in an attempt to follow up on the status of my order being shipped, and heard nothing back from anyone. Totally unprofessional. Their customer service and sincerity is a fraud. Not only will I personally never use them ever again; but will also not recommend them to anyone else.

GBAlmost a year, and NOTHING! I pre-ordered an item back in January of 2023 that was supposed to ship in February. My card got charged and of course the order was "unfulfilled" because it was a pre-order. Months passed and I patiently waited for the item to ship. Then, I was at a convention in March, and lo and behold, the item was available at a vendors booth. A few weeks later I messaged Crazy Collecting both through their contact us and directly through Instagram messaging. I got NO RESPONSE at all other than an automated replay from the contact us form. I've probably emailed them about 5 or 6 times, but I still haven't gotten any communication from them directly. It's almost been a year now, and because I gave them the benefit of the doubt that the pre-order maybe took longer, it's gone past the point where I can dispute it with my bank. So yeah, unless they miraculously contact me somehow, they pretty much screwed me over. Don't bother with this place, I should have just stuck with one of the other online retailers that's more reliable. Be cautious.
