DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I pre-ordered a figure in July of last year. Not only did I not receive said figure, but I have made several attempts to reach out to them with no response (besides their obvious auto response you get for e-mailing them). I also have not received a refund for my pre-order. By the way this was my first (and last) time dealing with this company. Needless to say I definitely won't be using this company again, or recommending anyone else does.

Best online shopping experience I've ever had I cannot fathom why this place could ever have less than 5/5 stars. This might be the best online purchasing experience I have ever had in my entire life. Not only was Kyle the kindest emailer I've ever met, but after expressing worry over my order, he even OVERcompensated to make sure I was at ease and satisfied with my purchase. He completely obliterated and exceeded my expectations. The figures came in superb, mint condition, with triple bubble wrap, WRAPPING PAPER, STICKERS, and air-cushion packaging ALL THE WAY AROUND the inside of the box AND at the BOTTOM of the box as well. This was the most care I have ever seen. Not only this, but there was also a SIGNED LETTER from the father and son duo thanking me for my business. This will definitely be the place I look first for my figures for the best service and safest shipping. CRAAAZZYYY AMAZING AND LEGENDARYY!!!

It started out like some others on here where they bought an item and had a shipping label printed out and that was it for over a few days. I run a business and had to send this person a new figure so I used this company. After so many days I decided to call my bank and dispute the payment and I received a refund then they shipped the item to the correct address plus gave a gift pack for the inconvenience!! It was packed awesome and so were the figures so they came back and rectified the situation all the way through. Should have a phone number to call for issues instead of just an email. These guys are the best!!! I will not shop on Amazon anymore for my Star Wars collection. Kyle and Tom are a father and son business and they obviously care about their customers unlike the others. Thanks guys!!!

I purchased G.I.Joe toys with shipping… I purchased G.I.Joe toys with shipping fee totally 76.97USD at crazy collecting website,but till now no shipping of goods and I receive nothing. I wrote mail to website twice but till now no reply, very bad experience I never met ever before. If you don't want to lose money you should consider again to buy at the website.
