Incredible customer service that is willing to go above and beyond (actually cares about collectors), quick In-Stock shipping, super cool presentation with packaging, and loved that I could track everything with the Shop App!

GBPlaced a pre-order in January Placed a pre-order in January, Hasbro site showed the figure was released 4/8/23. It's for sale all over Ebay. When I contacted them, a pat email stated a response in 24-48 hours. When I never received anything, I tried again a week later. Still nothing! I had to go through PayPal in order to receive a refund from these fraudulent sellers! Horrible experience! DO NOT TRY TO BUY FROM THIS STORE! IT SEEMS LIKE A TOTAL SCAM! It's even labeled as scam on some sites!

GBFantastic customer support and all… Fantastic customer support and all around experience! Kyle ROCKS!!!!! Shortly after placing my order, I realized that my shipping address was incorrect, and it should’ve been the same as the billing address. Even though it was my fault, I was thrilled to get everything quickly straightened out that same day! Gotta love a quick reply and a quick delivery with a touch of positivity!

GBAvoid Crazy Collecting! Do NOT order from this store! They will charge you and not ship the item nor will they respond to any communication you send them regarding the status of your order. I ordered something from them back in December and am unable to hear anything from them regarding my order I paid for.

GBBeen waiting a year for my orders… Been waiting a year for my orders (ordered a helmet in May and then one August of 2022) I have reached out to these guys many times, they only replied once. I was told back in February that they would be receiving my Helmets in a few weeks and then they would be shipping them to me soon. Finally got a shipping notice on April 27th 2023, all they did was print a shipping label. Its been a month with no tracking. Still says waiting on package? I will never order from these guys again!
