I've been buying from Zooscape since 2006. Just about every tea I buy from Zooscape is always in stock, and I rarely have to wait long for my order. On the rare occasion an item I ordered is not in stock, they send me all the items that are in stock, and the out of stock item follows soon after. I have always experienced quick delivery times. I have never had to complain about an order. When I recently placed an order by phone, the rep told me they are currently opening another facility out east, and apologized if I had experienced any delays in service lately during the transition, but I really hadn't noticed. I will continue buying from Zooscape!

I will not hesitate to buy again. I ordered a few items from Zooscape, including 3 teas and a cream. Service was fast, my order shipped same day, communication was perfect, I had working tracking info right away, and I felt appreciated. I will not hesitate to buy again. I am already browsing and planning my next purchase.

Find another Vendor - HORRIBLE - Unacceptable!!! Simply took my $$$!!! - they refuse to respond to both email and voice messages 1 Business day to ship is what they advertise - STRICTLY LIES - waited 10 Biz days then began reaching out to these losers - absolutely NOTHING - Zero communication - Zero tracking data - ZERO PRODUCT - 15 BUSINESS DAYS still NOTHING - Isn't this called Mail order FRAUD? Do ya think the FTC has heard about their practices ? ... certainly will now!!! Quick question: did reviewer ALEXANDER REZNIKOV order a cookbook?

Lousy service,customer service horrid,product unreliable Took entirely too long to receive order,bounced from NJ to Del. to VA,back to Del. then to Rochester,NY finally to me.. I opened the package and product was missing security seal outside of bottle, opened bottle and security seal was missing from inside bottle,, called customer service twice to see what they were going to do,, it is the 4th day and they haven't called me yet....I would not if your thinking of buying anything from these people spend one red cent here...................
