I am completely satisfied, the order comes to me in the correct amount of time, usually 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. The chicory root helps greatly with my inflamation... I have rheumatoid arthritis. poor customer service I ordered an item in early September. They immediately charged my credit card, but nothing arrived for over a month. When I attempted to reach their customer service center by phone, nobody answered so I left several messages. I did get a call back on my answering machine saying my item would be shipped "soon." My item finally arrived in late October. I will not be placing any more orders with this company.
