USI will not hesitate to buy again. I ordered a few items from Zooscape, including 3 teas and a cream. Service was fast, my order shipped same day, communication was perfect, I had working tracking info right away, and I felt appreciated. I will not hesitate to buy again. I am already browsing and planning my next purchase.

USOUT OF BUSINESS ~ PHONES DISCONNECTED ~ EMAIL UNDELIVERABLE I ordered $30 worth of tea and after 5 weeks the order still has not shipped. I have tried emailing the company several times, but the emails are returned undeliverable. I also tried calling the two numbers, at all times of the day...no answer. I called both listed phone numbers yesterday (July 27th, 2014) and the two phone numbers are now disconnected. After contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge...they are reversing the charge and said it was a good thing I filed a dispute within 45 days.

USFinally got my order. Recommend website order notification upgrade. So this company could do themselves a service by upgrading their website to send automatic receipts and their delivery process by sending out shipment notifications all via email (reason for my 3 star rating). This would let people know that their order was processed and is getting shipped. That would make a lot of people happy. The product I received is what I expected and I may order from them again.

USI've been buying from Zooscape since 2006. Just about every tea I buy from Zooscape is always in stock, and I rarely have to wait long for my order. On the rare occasion an item I ordered is not in stock, they send me all the items that are in stock, and the out of stock item follows soon after. I have always experienced quick delivery times. I have never had to complain about an order. When I recently placed an order by phone, the rep told me they are currently opening another facility out east, and apologized if I had experienced any delays in service lately during the transition, but I really hadn't noticed. I will continue buying from Zooscape!

USFraudulent company--do not order from them !!! I placed an order a month ago---they immediately zapped my credit card for $109 but I have not received product nor will they answer e-mails or phone calls. Companies like this make me lose confidence in web orders. I am going to push for prosecution. Mark C.
