Lousy service,customer service horrid,product unreliable Took entirely too long to receive order,bounced from NJ to Del. to VA,back to Del. then to Rochester,NY finally to me.. I opened the package and product was missing security seal outside of bottle, opened bottle and security seal was missing from inside bottle,, called customer service twice to see what they were going to do,, it is the 4th day and they haven't called me yet....I would not if your thinking of buying anything from these people spend one red cent here...................

Fraudulent company--do not order from them !!! I placed an order a month ago---they immediately zapped my credit card for $109 but I have not received product nor will they answer e-mails or phone calls. Companies like this make me lose confidence in web orders. I am going to push for prosecution. Mark C.

Finally got my order. Recommend website order notification upgrade. So this company could do themselves a service by upgrading their website to send automatic receipts and their delivery process by sending out shipment notifications all via email (reason for my 3 star rating). This would let people know that their order was processed and is getting shipped. That would make a lot of people happy. The product I received is what I expected and I may order from them again.

I will not hesitate to buy again. I ordered a few items from Zooscape, including 3 teas and a cream. Service was fast, my order shipped same day, communication was perfect, I had working tracking info right away, and I felt appreciated. I will not hesitate to buy again. I am already browsing and planning my next purchase.

The company made good on their promises So initially I was very frustrated with them after not receiving my order for clavo huska which was placed on amazon.com. tracking said that it was in shipping with the USPS, but I couldn't get any straight answer as to when I could expect the delivery. I reached out to the company a couple times and voiced my concern. A few days later I received a courtesy reship from the company with the two bottles I had originally ordered. Although I was initially frustrated they went ahead and made it right despite it being the fault of the US postal system. This is my fourth order from them and I will continue to order with them in the future.
