In all fairness In all fairness, a follow up to the review about the wrong order. After many phone calls both to Zooscape and to Walmart, and NEVER GETTING AN EMAIL OR CALL BACK FROM ZOOSCAPE, on my doorstep about a week ago was a box from Zooscape with a complimentary jar of the product I never received. Walmart did finally refund my money. Thanks for the complimentary jar of product, but you never returned any of my communication. I did go online to try to order the product again directly from Zooscape, I got a message that the site was not secure. Common sense told me not to place an order with Zooscape and I never again want to deal with Walmart. Score 0 for both.

poor customer service I ordered an item in early September. They immediately charged my credit card, but nothing arrived for over a month. When I attempted to reach their customer service center by phone, nobody answered so I left several messages. I did get a call back on my answering machine saying my item would be shipped "soon." My item finally arrived in late October. I will not be placing any more orders with this company.

Find another Vendor - HORRIBLE - Unacceptable!!! order received quickly ordered white mulberry tea and a few bars of natural soap. customer service guided through the process, recommended a soap that was mild with no scent. order was dispatched the next day. order was received in 3 days. shipment was very well packaged. very happy with this retailer. will reorder.
