zooscape is a cheating site I was searching in amazon.com for glucosamine and found what i searched for a canadian brand called webber naturals but amazon puts it on external link so i said no problem amazon is perfect and it shoudnot put any cheating site but sadly this is what happened.... I ordered 3 pack of glucosamine and deducted 136 us dollars and all ok and zooscape send me 2 automated emails ..... and shhhhhhhhhhh no more order were placed at 7 july 2013 and i emailed them and nothing happen even no automated email called them 2 times and ansering machine reply to leave your name and tel and i did and nothing at all so finally iam now sure that ZOOSCAPE IS A fraud cheating site i hoped to read this site before ordering but sadly that were happened thank you trustpilot that allow me tell people and warn them from such sites thanks again abdallah youssef

Finally got my order. Recommend website order notification upgrade. So this company could do themselves a service by upgrading their website to send automatic receipts and their delivery process by sending out shipment notifications all via email (reason for my 3 star rating). This would let people know that their order was processed and is getting shipped. That would make a lot of people happy. The product I received is what I expected and I may order from them again.

Contacted Walmart via email twice; Walmart forwarded my emails to Zooscape, contacted Zooscape LLC by email twice, Zooscape LLC via phone twice. Note one single response to six attempts. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them.

BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! I ordered an item from them through Walmart.com. The tracking status remained the same for 3 weeks, "label created but package not received by usps". I contacted Walmart. They wrote to Zooscape copying me. No response. I chatted with Walmart customer service tonight and received a refund. I went to Zooscape.com, (listed here) and it appears they're website is down. It appears they are out of business.

Find another Vendor - HORRIBLE - Unacceptable!!! Simply took my $$$!!! - they refuse to respond to both email and voice messages 1 Business day to ship is what they advertise - STRICTLY LIES - waited 10 Biz days then began reaching out to these losers - absolutely NOTHING - Zero communication - Zero tracking data - ZERO PRODUCT - 15 BUSINESS DAYS still NOTHING - Isn't this called Mail order FRAUD? Do ya think the FTC has heard about their practices ? ... certainly will now!!! Quick question: did reviewer ALEXANDER REZNIKOV order a cookbook?
