DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I made an expensive order and was on the fence about spending that kind of money to begin with. It has been 5 weeks and I have not received a shipment. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, emails, calls, creating a ticket. THIS WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! I don't believe there is actually an inventory much less customer service department. The website looks legitimate but don't be fooled, it's a scam! I will be filing a complaint with BBB and disputing the charges with my bank.

Wanting everything to be "just perfect" and trying to agree with my wife, we found Lolli Bean's to be the perfect solution. The website made it easy for us to go at our own pace and work through the process of making decisions, compromises, and smart buys without any pressure or hassle. We ended up with the perfect space that is custom tailored to our taste and needs. We checked a major item off of our list of endless preparation to be parents for the first time. My wife is beyond happy with the space that we chose together. The stress of taking our vision and making it happen in real life was made possible because of Lolli Bean's. I normally only write reviews when I am unhappy or unsatisfied. I felt that I should share a positive experience and help other couples that experiencing what we did and help them realize that this major decision was a fun, convenient, and stress free way to shop. Overall Pretty Terrible It's hard to do business with these guys. I know I won't be doing it again, despite the fact that they eventually refunded me 20% for the inconvenience. In short, it took much longer to get my item than it should have. Each time they promised a shipping date, that date would pass and I would hear nothing from them. I'm convinced that I'd still be waiting if I hadn't hounded their customer support Live Chat every day for a couple weeks. And don't bother with their customer service phone number, which always goes to voicemail, because they never call back. I eventually did receive the item, and a 20% refund, so there's that. But the item is offered by numerous online retailers. I wish I would've ordered from one of them and saved myself the headache.

Excellent customer service! I recently made my first purchase through Lollibeans after I had two stroller purchases "go wrong" with two different vendors. I contacted customer service prior to making my purchase to make sure my item was in stock and ready to ship. ( on a time crunch due to an upcoming vacation ). Jen was super nice and verified it could ship and make it on time for our vacation. ( we purchased a Nuna Pepp to be used as our vacation stroller ). The stroller even came one day early! I will absolutely buy my next baby/toddler items from Lollibeans. Thank You!!

Never shipped my order and never replied to my emails and phone calls I placed an order on August 6, 2016. I sent them an email a week later asking when they would ship since I hadn't heard from them and got a response. I then called numerous times, left 2 voicemails, and then sent a last email this morning (August 22) asking if this was a SCAM and if I should report them. I finally got an answer back that they would issue a refund (let's double check that) without even apologizing... Bad experience!
