Where are my Lolli Beans? I appreciate this business is offering more natural, organic baby & children furniture. However, the shipping takes forever and I couldn't get anyone to credit my purchase with the "beans" that I had accrued from a previous purchase. Not the best customer service. Bummer. I will not be shopping here again.

Very bad customer service I have not received the item I ordered 3 weeks ago, nor have I gotten an email about its status. The website still says "awaiting fulfillment" for the status of my order. I have called 5-6 times, and done online chats, I keep being told the item will be shipp d out any day - yet still, no delivery. I am fed up with the poor service, and now my daughter will not receive her baby shower gift from me in time for the shower. I am very unhappy.

Charged me $42, but never received product I purchased a sleep sack from Lolli Bean's online on May 26th and was charged $42, but I have never received the sleep sack. I have sent numerous emails and left voice messages, but I still have no sleep sack and no refund.

Joyanna I purchased a crib mattress through Lolli Bean's and have been supremely happy with my purchase! A safe, non-toxic mattress was a MUST for our little guy. Our experience was great! Great people, great service, and I got a great discount on the mattress as well. Totally recommend them to anyone in the market for safe, sustainable baby gear.

Never shipped my order and never replied to my emails and phone calls I placed an order on August 6, 2016. I sent them an email a week later asking when they would ship since I hadn't heard from them and got a response. I then called numerous times, left 2 voicemails, and then sent a last email this morning (August 22) asking if this was a SCAM and if I should report them. I finally got an answer back that they would issue a refund (let's double check that) without even apologizing... Bad experience!
