DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! They take your money, charge your card, then never ship the merchandise. Complaint filed w IL State Attorney General. These people should be put in jail and put out of business. If this is the last store on earth, stay away.

One Stop Shopping We went through excitement, anxiety, and dozens of other emotions before having our first child. Wanting everything to be "just perfect" and trying to agree with my wife, we found Lolli Bean's to be the perfect solution. The website made it easy for us to go at our own pace and work through the process of making decisions, compromises, and smart buys without any pressure or hassle. We ended up with the perfect space that is custom tailored to our taste and needs. We checked a major item off of our list of endless preparation to be parents for the first time. My wife is beyond happy with the space that we chose together. The stress of taking our vision and making it happen in real life was made possible because of Lolli Bean's. I normally only write reviews when I am unhappy or unsatisfied. I felt that I should share a positive experience and help other couples that experiencing what we did and help them realize that this major decision was a fun, convenient, and stress free way to shop. Overall Pretty Terrible It's hard to do business with these guys. I know I won't be doing it again, despite the fact that they eventually refunded me 20% for the inconvenience. In short, it took much longer to get my item than it should have. Each time they promised a shipping date, that date would pass and I would hear nothing from them. I'm convinced that I'd still be waiting if I hadn't hounded their customer support Live Chat every day for a couple weeks. And don't bother with their customer service phone number, which always goes to voicemail, because they never call back. I eventually did receive the item, and a 20% refund, so there's that. But the item is offered by numerous online retailers. I wish I would've ordered from one of them and saved myself the headache.

Terrible service Ordered more than 2 weeks ago, and order not shipped without any notice or explanation. Customer service available only M-F 9-5, unhelpful if working. Would not have ordered if the item was said to be on back-order or unavailable at the time it was ordered. I would avoid doing business with this company at all costs.

Bought an item... was never told it was discontinued bought an item and never received shipping confirmation. When i called 2+ weeks later to get a status update, was told item had been discontinued, but was never proactively informed. Asked for a refund, and took multiple days and multiple calls for them to process. would not order from here again.
