Never received item but charged 1 month later I have not received the ordered item, but my credit card was charged immediately. Seeing other reviews this seems to be their norm. I guess they are hoping people will forget and not try to get their money back? I will be seeking resolution through my credit card company as this company seems to be a scam.

Wanting everything to be "just perfect" and trying to agree with my wife, we found Lolli Bean's to be the perfect solution. The website made it easy for us to go at our own pace and work through the process of making decisions, compromises, and smart buys without any pressure or hassle. We ended up with the perfect space that is custom tailored to our taste and needs. We checked a major item off of our list of endless preparation to be parents for the first time. My wife is beyond happy with the space that we chose together. The stress of taking our vision and making it happen in real life was made possible because of Lolli Bean's. I normally only write reviews when I am unhappy or unsatisfied. I felt that I should share a positive experience and help other couples that experiencing what we did and help them realize that this major decision was a fun, convenient, and stress free way to shop. No response, no product, and no refund I ordered a product (which their website said would ship in 1-2 days) on March 21, and on April 2 asked for an update after receiving no communication other than my card being charged. After no response again I reached out on April 6 and asked for an update or refund. On April 11 they confirmed that the product was discontinued, so I asked for a refund. Still no response. These people are unethical. Don't do business with them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I put in an order on April 8 and received a confirmation of purchase email. I received another email on April 11 stating that the order status had changed to "Awaiting Shipment". It is now May 28 and I have not received what I ordered. I have left several messages, and sent several emails to the company concerning this and have had no reply. The item I ordered was quite expensive so ended up putting a fraud alert in to my bank in hopes of receiving the money back. I would advise anyone thinking of ordering from here to NOT do it. I think I've been scammed.
