Charged credit card, no updates, no delivery I have had a similar experience to those below. I purchased a dresser for my nursery in March 2016. Item was on back order and I was able to reach someone via the online chat a couple months later confirming the order was still on back order. Then crickets for many more months after more than 50 attempts at call/email/chat. My baby is here now and still no refund and no dresser.

Worst experience and a site not to be trusted. Ordered items in early April and never received them. Tried emailing customer service several times for an order status with no reply. Their number on their site always goes6to voice mail. Left 2 messages with no reply. Then tried live chat in May and told it was on backorder and delivery would be in two weeks. Still no delivery and it's almost July. Now live chat is always offline and again no email replies and phone support. I'm now needing to work with my cc company to try to get a refund or process a fraud report.

Overall Pretty Terrible It's hard to do business with these guys. I know I won't be doing it again, despite the fact that they eventually refunded me 20% for the inconvenience. In short, it took much longer to get my item than it should have. Each time they promised a shipping date, that date would pass and I would hear nothing from them. I'm convinced that I'd still be waiting if I hadn't hounded their customer support Live Chat every day for a couple weeks. And don't bother with their customer service phone number, which always goes to voicemail, because they never call back. I eventually did receive the item, and a 20% refund, so there's that. But the item is offered by numerous online retailers. I wish I would've ordered from one of them and saved myself the headache.

One Stop Shopping We went through excitement, anxiety, and dozens of other emotions before having our first child. The website made it easy for us to go at our own pace and work through the process of making decisions, compromises, and smart buys without any pressure or hassle. We ended up with the perfect space that is custom tailored to our taste and needs. We checked a major item off of our list of endless preparation to be parents for the first time. My wife is beyond happy with the space that we chose together. The stress of taking our vision and making it happen in real life was made possible because of Lolli Bean's. I normally only write reviews when I am unhappy or unsatisfied. I felt that I should share a positive experience and help other couples that experiencing what we did and help them realize that this major decision was a fun, convenient, and stress free way to shop. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I put in an order on April 8 and received a confirmation of purchase email. I received another email on April 11 stating that the order status had changed to "Awaiting Shipment". It is now May 28 and I have not received what I ordered. I have left several messages, and sent several emails to the company concerning this and have had no reply. The item I ordered was quite expensive so ended up putting a fraud alert in to my bank in hopes of receiving the money back. I would advise anyone thinking of ordering from here to NOT do it. I think I've been scammed.
