GBNo response, no product, and no refund I ordered a product (which their website said would ship in 1-2 days) on March 21, and on April 2 asked for an update after receiving no communication other than my card being charged. After no response again I reached out on April 6 and asked for an update or refund. On April 11 they confirmed that the product was discontinued, so I asked for a refund. Still no response. These people are unethical. Don't do business with them.

GBDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I made an expensive order and was on the fence about spending that kind of money to begin with. It has been 5 weeks and I have not received a shipment. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, emails, calls, creating a ticket. THIS WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! I don't believe there is actually an inventory much less customer service department. The website looks legitimate but don't be fooled, it's a scam! I will be filing a complaint with BBB and disputing the charges with my bank.

GBExcellent customer service! I recently made my first purchase through Lollibeans after I had two stroller purchases "go wrong" with two different vendors. I contacted customer service prior to making my purchase to make sure my item was in stock and ready to ship. ( on a time crunch due to an upcoming vacation ). Jen was super nice and verified it could ship and make it on time for our vacation. ( we purchased a Nuna Pepp to be used as our vacation stroller ). The stroller even came one day early! I will absolutely buy my next baby/toddler items from Lollibeans. Thank You!!

GBTerrible service Ordered more than 2 weeks ago, and order not shipped without any notice or explanation. Customer service available only M-F 9-5, unhelpful if working. Would not have ordered if the item was said to be on back-order or unavailable at the time it was ordered. I would avoid doing business with this company at all costs.

GBWorst experience and a site not to be trusted. Ordered items in early April and never received them. Tried emailing customer service several times for an order status with no reply. Their number on their site always goes6to voice mail. Left 2 messages with no reply. Then tried live chat in May and told it was on backorder and delivery would be in two weeks. Still no delivery and it's almost July. Now live chat is always offline and again no email replies and phone support. I'm now needing to work with my cc company to try to get a refund or process a fraud report.
