Very bad customer service I have not received the item I ordered 3 weeks ago, nor have I gotten an email about its status. The website still says "awaiting fulfillment" for the status of my order. I have called 5-6 times, and done online chats, I keep being told the item will be shipp d out any day - yet still, no delivery. I am fed up with the poor service, and now my daughter will not receive her baby shower gift from me in time for the shower. I am very unhappy.

We ended up with the perfect space that is custom tailored to our taste and needs. We checked a major item off of our list of endless preparation to be parents for the first time. My wife is beyond happy with the space that we chose together. The stress of taking our vision and making it happen in real life was made possible because of Lolli Bean's. I normally only write reviews when I am unhappy or unsatisfied. I felt that I should share a positive experience and help other couples that experiencing what we did and help them realize that this major decision was a fun, convenient, and stress free way to shop. Bought an item... was never told it was discontinued bought an item and never received shipping confirmation. When i called 2+ weeks later to get a status update, was told item had been discontinued, but was never proactively informed. Asked for a refund, and took multiple days and multiple calls for them to process. would not order from here again.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! They take your money, charge your card, then never ship the merchandise. Complaint filed w IL State Attorney General. These people should be put in jail and put out of business. If this is the last store on earth, stay away.

Where are my Lolli Beans? I appreciate this business is offering more natural, organic baby & children furniture. However, the shipping takes forever and I couldn't get anyone to credit my purchase with the "beans" that I had accrued from a previous purchase. Not the best customer service. Bummer. I will not be shopping here again.
