Bought an item... was never told it was discontinued bought an item and never received shipping confirmation. When i called 2+ weeks later to get a status update, was told item had been discontinued, but was never proactively informed. Asked for a refund, and took multiple days and multiple calls for them to process. would not order from here again.

Overall Pretty Terrible It's hard to do business with these guys. I know I won't be doing it again, despite the fact that they eventually refunded me 20% for the inconvenience. In short, it took much longer to get my item than it should have. Each time they promised a shipping date, that date would pass and I would hear nothing from them. I'm convinced that I'd still be waiting if I hadn't hounded their customer support Live Chat every day for a couple weeks. And don't bother with their customer service phone number, which always goes to voicemail, because they never call back. I eventually did receive the item, and a 20% refund, so there's that. But the item is offered by numerous online retailers. I wish I would've ordered from one of them and saved myself the headache.

No response, no product, and no refund I ordered a product (which their website said would ship in 1-2 days) on March 21, and on April 2 asked for an update after receiving no communication other than my card being charged. After no response again I reached out on April 6 and asked for an update or refund. On April 11 they confirmed that the product was discontinued, so I asked for a refund. Still no response. These people are unethical. Don't do business with them.

Very bad customer service I have not received the item I ordered 3 weeks ago, nor have I gotten an email about its status. The website still says "awaiting fulfillment" for the status of my order. I have called 5-6 times, and done online chats, I keep being told the item will be shipp d out any day - yet still, no delivery. I am fed up with the poor service, and now my daughter will not receive her baby shower gift from me in time for the shower. I am very unhappy.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! They take your money, charge your card, then never ship the merchandise. Complaint filed w IL State Attorney General. These people should be put in jail and put out of business. If this is the last store on earth, stay away.
