GBCharged me $42, but never received product I purchased a sleep sack from Lolli Bean's online on May 26th and was charged $42, but I have never received the sleep sack. I have sent numerous emails and left voice messages, but I still have no sleep sack and no refund.

GBDO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! They take your money, charge your card, then never ship the merchandise. Complaint filed w IL State Attorney General. These people should be put in jail and put out of business. If this is the last store on earth, stay away.

GBVery bad customer service I have not received the item I ordered 3 weeks ago, nor have I gotten an email about its status. The website still says "awaiting fulfillment" for the status of my order. I have called 5-6 times, and done online chats, I keep being told the item will be shipp d out any day - yet still, no delivery. I am fed up with the poor service, and now my daughter will not receive her baby shower gift from me in time for the shower. I am very unhappy.

GBNever received item but charged 1 month later I have not received the ordered item, but my credit card was charged immediately. Seeing other reviews this seems to be their norm. I guess they are hoping people will forget and not try to get their money back? I will be seeking resolution through my credit card company as this company seems to be a scam.

GBCharged credit card, no updates, no delivery I have had a similar experience to those below. I purchased a dresser for my nursery in March 2016. Item was on back order and I was able to reach someone via the online chat a couple months later confirming the order was still on back order. Then crickets for many more months after more than 50 attempts at call/email/chat. My baby is here now and still no refund and no dresser.
