GBCharged me $42, but never received product I purchased a sleep sack from Lolli Bean's online on May 26th and was charged $42, but I have never received the sleep sack. I have sent numerous emails and left voice messages, but I still have no sleep sack and no refund.

GBNo response, no product, and no refund I ordered a product (which their website said would ship in 1-2 days) on March 21, and on April 2 asked for an update after receiving no communication other than my card being charged. After no response again I reached out on April 6 and asked for an update or refund. On April 11 they confirmed that the product was discontinued, so I asked for a refund. Still no response. These people are unethical. Don't do business with them.

GBCharged credit card, no updates, no delivery I have had a similar experience to those below. I purchased a dresser for my nursery in March 2016. Item was on back order and I was able to reach someone via the online chat a couple months later confirming the order was still on back order. Then crickets for many more months after more than 50 attempts at call/email/chat. My baby is here now and still no refund and no dresser.

GBTerrible service Ordered more than 2 weeks ago, and order not shipped without any notice or explanation. Customer service available only M-F 9-5, unhelpful if working. Would not have ordered if the item was said to be on back-order or unavailable at the time it was ordered. I would avoid doing business with this company at all costs.

GBWorst experience and a site not to be trusted. Ordered items in early April and never received them. Tried emailing customer service several times for an order status with no reply. Their number on their site always goes6to voice mail. Left 2 messages with no reply. Then tried live chat in May and told it was on backorder and delivery would be in two weeks. Still no delivery and it's almost July. Now live chat is always offline and again no email replies and phone support. I'm now needing to work with my cc company to try to get a refund or process a fraud report.
