DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I put in an order on April 8 and received a confirmation of purchase email. I received another email on April 11 stating that the order status had changed to "Awaiting Shipment". It is now May 28 and I have not received what I ordered. I have left several messages, and sent several emails to the company concerning this and have had no reply. The item I ordered was quite expensive so ended up putting a fraud alert in to my bank in hopes of receiving the money back. I would advise anyone thinking of ordering from here to NOT do it. I think I've been scammed.

Thieves Charged my account but never shipped anything. They wouldn't return any of my numerous phone calls or reply to multiple emails. I've had to fight the charges through VISA. Avoid these people at all costs.

Took our money - never shipped item Placed an order of approximately $350 on May 4, 2016. Received order confirmation, but no shipping information. Called and emailed on May 11, 2016, no response to email or voicemail. Called and emailed again on May 16, 2016, again no response. Sadly, online reviews show that this is not unusual customer service for Lolli Bean's. They have 3 complaints against them through the BBB (and they have not received BBB accreditation). Will probably have one more once our experience is done. Avoid this company!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! They take your money, charge your card, then never ship the merchandise. Complaint filed w IL State Attorney General. These people should be put in jail and put out of business. If this is the last store on earth, stay away.

We ended up with the perfect space that is custom tailored to our taste and needs. We checked a major item off of our list of endless preparation to be parents for the first time. My wife is beyond happy with the space that we chose together. The stress of taking our vision and making it happen in real life was made possible because of Lolli Bean's. I normally only write reviews when I am unhappy or unsatisfied. I felt that I should share a positive experience and help other couples that experiencing what we did and help them realize that this major decision was a fun, convenient, and stress free way to shop.
