GBDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I made an expensive order and was on the fence about spending that kind of money to begin with. It has been 5 weeks and I have not received a shipment. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, emails, calls, creating a ticket. THIS WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! I don't believe there is actually an inventory much less customer service department. The website looks legitimate but don't be fooled, it's a scam! I will be filing a complaint with BBB and disputing the charges with my bank.

GBTerrible service Ordered more than 2 weeks ago, and order not shipped without any notice or explanation. Customer service available only M-F 9-5, unhelpful if working. Would not have ordered if the item was said to be on back-order or unavailable at the time it was ordered. I would avoid doing business with this company at all costs.

GBCharged credit card, no updates, no delivery I have had a similar experience to those below. I purchased a dresser for my nursery in March 2016. Item was on back order and I was able to reach someone via the online chat a couple months later confirming the order was still on back order. Then crickets for many more months after more than 50 attempts at call/email/chat. My baby is here now and still no refund and no dresser.

GBTook our money - never shipped item Placed an order of approximately $350 on May 4, 2016. Received order confirmation, but no shipping information. Called and emailed on May 11, 2016, no response to email or voicemail. Called and emailed again on May 16, 2016, again no response. Sadly, online reviews show that this is not unusual customer service for Lolli Bean's. They have 3 complaints against them through the BBB (and they have not received BBB accreditation). Will probably have one more once our experience is done. Avoid this company!

GBNo response, no product, and no refund I ordered a product (which their website said would ship in 1-2 days) on March 21, and on April 2 asked for an update after receiving no communication other than my card being charged. After no response again I reached out on April 6 and asked for an update or refund. On April 11 they confirmed that the product was discontinued, so I asked for a refund. Still no response. These people are unethical. Don't do business with them.
