GBNever shipped my order and never replied to my emails and phone calls I placed an order on August 6, 2016. I sent them an email a week later asking when they would ship since I hadn't heard from them and got a response. I then called numerous times, left 2 voicemails, and then sent a last email this morning (August 22) asking if this was a SCAM and if I should report them. I finally got an answer back that they would issue a refund (let's double check that) without even apologizing... Bad experience!

We ended up with the perfect space that is custom tailored to our taste and needs. We checked a major item off of our list of endless preparation to be parents for the first time. My wife is beyond happy with the space that we chose together. The stress of taking our vision and making it happen in real life was made possible because of Lolli Bean's. I normally only write reviews when I am unhappy or unsatisfied. I felt that I should share a positive experience and help other couples that experiencing what we did and help them realize that this major decision was a fun, convenient, and stress free way to shop. GBWhere are my Lolli Beans? I appreciate this business is offering more natural, organic baby & children furniture. However, the shipping takes forever and I couldn't get anyone to credit my purchase with the "beans" that I had accrued from a previous purchase. Not the best customer service. Bummer. I will not be shopping here again.

GBCharged me $42, but never received product I purchased a sleep sack from Lolli Bean's online on May 26th and was charged $42, but I have never received the sleep sack. I have sent numerous emails and left voice messages, but I still have no sleep sack and no refund.

GBCharged credit card, no updates, no delivery I have had a similar experience to those below. I purchased a dresser for my nursery in March 2016. Item was on back order and I was able to reach someone via the online chat a couple months later confirming the order was still on back order. Then crickets for many more months after more than 50 attempts at call/email/chat. My baby is here now and still no refund and no dresser.
