Wanting everything to be "just perfect" and trying to agree with my wife, we found Lolli Bean's to be the perfect solution. The website made it easy for us to go at our own pace and work through the process of making decisions, compromises, and smart buys without any pressure or hassle. We ended up with the perfect space that is custom tailored to our taste and needs. We checked a major item off of our list of endless preparation to be parents for the first time. My wife is beyond happy with the space that we chose together. The stress of taking our vision and making it happen in real life was made possible because of Lolli Bean's. I normally only write reviews when I am unhappy or unsatisfied. I felt that I should share a positive experience and help other couples that experiencing what we did and help them realize that this major decision was a fun, convenient, and stress free way to shop. GBTerrible service Ordered more than 2 weeks ago, and order not shipped without any notice or explanation. Customer service available only M-F 9-5, unhelpful if working. Would not have ordered if the item was said to be on back-order or unavailable at the time it was ordered. I would avoid doing business with this company at all costs.

GBExcellent customer service! I recently made my first purchase through Lollibeans after I had two stroller purchases "go wrong" with two different vendors. I contacted customer service prior to making my purchase to make sure my item was in stock and ready to ship. ( on a time crunch due to an upcoming vacation ). Jen was super nice and verified it could ship and make it on time for our vacation. ( we purchased a Nuna Pepp to be used as our vacation stroller ). The stroller even came one day early! I will absolutely buy my next baby/toddler items from Lollibeans. Thank You!!

GBTook our money - never shipped item Placed an order of approximately $350 on May 4, 2016. Received order confirmation, but no shipping information. Called and emailed on May 11, 2016, no response to email or voicemail. Called and emailed again on May 16, 2016, again no response. Sadly, online reviews show that this is not unusual customer service for Lolli Bean's. They have 3 complaints against them through the BBB (and they have not received BBB accreditation). Will probably have one more once our experience is done. Avoid this company!

GBNever received item but charged 1 month later I have not received the ordered item, but my credit card was charged immediately. Seeing other reviews this seems to be their norm. I guess they are hoping people will forget and not try to get their money back? I will be seeking resolution through my credit card company as this company seems to be a scam.
