Terrible service Ordered more than 2 weeks ago, and order not shipped without any notice or explanation. Customer service available only M-F 9-5, unhelpful if working. Would not have ordered if the item was said to be on back-order or unavailable at the time it was ordered. I would avoid doing business with this company at all costs.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I put in an order on April 8 and received a confirmation of purchase email. I received another email on April 11 stating that the order status had changed to "Awaiting Shipment". It is now May 28 and I have not received what I ordered. I have left several messages, and sent several emails to the company concerning this and have had no reply. The item I ordered was quite expensive so ended up putting a fraud alert in to my bank in hopes of receiving the money back. I would advise anyone thinking of ordering from here to NOT do it. I think I've been scammed.

I normally only write reviews when I am unhappy or unsatisfied. Never received item but charged 1 month later I have not received the ordered item, but my credit card was charged immediately. Seeing other reviews this seems to be their norm. I guess they are hoping people will forget and not try to get their money back? I will be seeking resolution through my credit card company as this company seems to be a scam.

Thieves Charged my account but never shipped anything. They wouldn't return any of my numerous phone calls or reply to multiple emails. I've had to fight the charges through VISA. Avoid these people at all costs.
