GBSo, I picked up this blue bear toy from Moiasun So, I picked up this blue bear toy from Moiasun, not really expecting much. I mean, my dog has a talent for destroying toys in record time, so I was pretty skeptical. But, here's the shocker - the blue bear is still in one piece! The first few days, I was just waiting for the inevitable - fluff everywhere, a one-eyed bear... you know how it goes. But this bear? It's like it's made of tougher stuff or something. My dog's been gnawing, tugging, and playing with it non-stop, and it's still holding up! I've got to say, I'm impressed. It's not every day you find a toy that can withstand the enthusiastic 'love' of a playful dog. Moiasun, you've got yourself a fan here. Already thinking of grabbing another one of these durable toys for backup!

GBOnly thing worse than their toy durability, is their customer service. I went online looking for dog toys that last longer than the few months I was getting with pet store stuffed animals. I searched online and found this company. Their toys are even marketed as "TeddyTough™ is durable, it's designed as a plush toy are ideal for extremely aggressive chewers." I tried three of their dog toys, my dog dismembered the arms off of the first toy in less than 5 minutes. Then the second toy lasted a little bit longer, more like an hour , but then again the stuffing started to come out and so I had to take away the toy. Their site says hassle free 30 day money back guarantee. Yet when I went to ask for that refund they only offered 30 percent of what I paid. The toy had to be unused to get the full refund apparently. It's a real head scratcher how I would know the toy either worked or did not without giving it to the dog, which apparently voids the full refund. Not sure what a hassle free, 30 day guarantee means to them , but is sure does not mean hassle free or a full refund. Very misleading company, and for toys that are more expensive than the local pet shop and made way cheaper, its a rip off what this company is selling. Customer service is quick to respond , but with the same poor feedback of not full money reimbursed. And frustratingly cheery about how great they are treating me and making it so convenient??? Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this company.

GBFake claims of replacement toys Bought the blue bear for my Labrador cross. She chewed holes in it quite quickly so I contacted customer service. They suggested 2 cheap plastic toys instead. I said I didn’t want the plastic toys, I wanted a replacement blue bear. They said they would send me the blue bear but I would need to pay 10 USD shipping costs. Reluctantly I paid it and they sent me the 2 plastic toys! I complained and they said it had been an error. They said they would send the blue bear but asked me to pay more shipping costs! I told them I had paid shipping costs and been sent the wrong items but they will not send the blue bear unless I pay more shipping costs. I won’t pay them any more money. The blue bear is a nice toy but don’t take any notice of their fake claims that they will replace like for like.
