GBOnly thing worse than their toy durability, is their customer service. I went online looking for dog toys that last longer than the few months I was getting with pet store stuffed animals. I searched online and found this company. Their toys are even marketed as "TeddyTough™ is durable, it's designed as a plush toy are ideal for extremely aggressive chewers." I tried three of their dog toys, my dog dismembered the arms off of the first toy in less than 5 minutes. Then the second toy lasted a little bit longer, more like an hour , but then again the stuffing started to come out and so I had to take away the toy. Their site says hassle free 30 day money back guarantee. Yet when I went to ask for that refund they only offered 30 percent of what I paid. The toy had to be unused to get the full refund apparently. It's a real head scratcher how I would know the toy either worked or did not without giving it to the dog, which apparently voids the full refund. Not sure what a hassle free, 30 day guarantee means to them , but is sure does not mean hassle free or a full refund. Very misleading company, and for toys that are more expensive than the local pet shop and made way cheaper, its a rip off what this company is selling. Customer service is quick to respond , but with the same poor feedback of not full money reimbursed. And frustratingly cheery about how great they are treating me and making it so convenient??? Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this company.

DEI agree with everything James said I agree with everything James said. Bought it because it said „extra tough“. My dog destroyed that thing (that cost 30$!!! mind you) in 10 minutes! Nothing tough about it! I was also offered only a 30% refund, which is an absolute joke!!! Stay away from this company!

GB24hr customer service that's a lie. I placed an order before realizing that you had to pay extra for the guarantee. I then tried to cancel my order but found no way to do so but through email which I'm sure they will get right on that ....

GBLifetime guarantee costs extra I was impressed by the guarantee that their toys would hold up to my Lab's aggressive chewing. I also have a Whippet. I bought them each a stuffed toy for Christmas along with the lifetime warranty. Within 5 minutes, our Whippet beheaded her toy. She is not an aggressive chewer. I reached out to customer service and they are replacing it with a much cheaper rubber toy. I complained because that is not what I originally bought and their warranty specifically says that the replacement has to match what I originally bought. Customer service suggested a different stuffed item that was more durable, and I was in agreement. They sent me two rubber toys instead. Had I known that this is what their lifetime warranty was, I would never have bought it nor their toys.
