GB24hr customer service that's a lie. I placed an order before realizing that you had to pay extra for the guarantee. I then tried to cancel my order but found no way to do so but through email which I'm sure they will get right on that ....

GBVery horrible customer service Very horrible customer service. Could not ship the item I purchased, offered to send me something else if I would pay a shipping charge. Said that shipping was my fault because I live on a remote island. I live in South Carolina. All for me a 30% refund but I never received the product. Told me USPS lost the items. The Postal Service told me they never shipped the items. This is a scam company!
