Don't waste your money!! Don't waste your money!!! Expensive!!! Poor Description! Shipping took almost a month!!!!!

Customer service will tell you stories until you realize you've been had. I never received my product, never even got a tracking number as promised. The customer service people told me many stories and upgraded my shipping to two day air so it would arrive before Christmas (it was ordered on Dec 1st!), but it never came. Now they won't even respond to my inquiries for the last ten days..... unbelievable. There are many other sites that sell indentical products to theirs. Don't risk losing all your money to save a couple of dollars like I did with these bandits!

DON'T DO IT DON'T DO IT, CAR HAD SMOKE COMING OUT, SUPER DANGEROUS, HAD WIRES REPLACED 4 TIMES AND THEY STILL BURN OUT, I WOULD NEVER PUT MY CHILD INTO A SMOKING CAR EITHER IF THE WIRES WERE REPLACED OR NOT. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE SUED AND TAKEN OUT OF BUSINESS. YOU'RE BETTER OFF BUYING ON AMAZON, MUCH CHEAPER AND MUCH BETTER QUALITY !

Never do business with this company! They should hire people who care about people.....

Great company I can honestly tell you that this is the best purchase I have made by far. The reviews I have read were so bad they made me stress on the whole order. My sons car took 3 weeks to get here due to some shipping delays but WORTH EVERY PENNY AND WAIT! I looked for a good Ride on car for a while and found them by accident and I'm so glad I did. Customer service was awesome and got back to me within 24 hours.
