GBCustomer service will tell you stories until you realize you've been had. I never received my product, never even got a tracking number as promised. The customer service people told me many stories and upgraded my shipping to two day air so it would arrive before Christmas (it was ordered on Dec 1st!), but it never came. Now they won't even respond to my inquiries for the last ten days..... unbelievable. There are many other sites that sell indentical products to theirs. Don't risk losing all your money to save a couple of dollars like I did with these bandits!

GBHas the worst customer service. DOES NOT GIVE TRACKING NUMBERS. Ordered a product two weeks ago and still waiting..afraid I have been scammed out of $500. So so afraid I may never get my gas boat for my son who has cancer and requested only this one thing for Christmas! He will be devastated and so will I. Trendtimes has no contact number and emails are quite generic. I spent every last dime I had to buy this item $500....so praying it comes 😐😣

SGORDER #71605 for a Guitar & Bass… My ORDER #71605 for a Guitar & Bass Wireless System placed on 3 September till now 20 November. More than 2 month still not received. Apparently is being held up in China but no News from Trendtimes. Very disappointed paid with Church money, if good we need a few more.

GBGreat company I can honestly tell you that this is the best purchase I have made by far. The reviews I have read were so bad they made me stress on the whole order. My sons car took 3 weeks to get here due to some shipping delays but WORTH EVERY PENNY AND WAIT! I looked for a good Ride on car for a while and found them by accident and I'm so glad I did. Customer service was awesome and got back to me within 24 hours.

GBPathetic experience Worst experience that I have had in years. Fake advertising. The car was suppose to be for a 6 years old and my 4 year old barely fits in the car. Called customer service and they keep telling me that somebody is going to call to solve the issue. They want a restocking fee after they they were suppose to solve me the problem. That was suppose to be the Christmas gift for my son. Today is January 13th and I am still dealing with them.
