GBAggressively threatening me after bank honored my dispute!! This is a follow-up review to my initial review left about a month ago. After TrendTimes made it very clear they were not accepting my return (and were extremely rude), I decided to dispute the $600 charge through my bank (BOA). After 4 months from purchase date, I received notice that I had won the dispute and could ship the car back. After it got picked up I had plans to move on and wash my hands clean of this terrible experience. TrendTimes must have been super upset about having to return my money, they then researched me and contacted my old boss telling him they were taking legal action against me for leaving fake reviews! I quit working for this company 5 years ago!! How crazy is this?!? They are now sending me daily threatening emails. I refuse to take my reviews down, this is the truth and other consumers deserve to hear about my experience. And it's very clear I'm not the only one!! Please read ALL reviews on TrustPilot, SightJabber and even with the Better Business Bureau before you purchase from this company. They are completely mad over there!! SiteJabber alone shows 64 reviews, overall rating is 2 stars!! This company needs to be shut down.

GBExpensive Jeep that was junk & awful service I ordered a Jeep for my boys from Santa. I ordered just after Thanksgiving and had guarantee by Christmas delivery. We got the Jeep the Fri before Christmas which gave us min time to get it together. Pulled it out to assemble on Christmas Eve & it had been crushed in shipping. It also looked nothing like what I had ordered and paid $700 for!!! We called customer service and waited 96 min to get a hold of someone. The guy was amazing on the phone so I did as he asked. We put it together and told the boys Santa had a wreck and was coming back to replace it. It never drove well & was so slow!! Since then they’ve picked it up and I called back 2 weeks after pick up. On MLK jr holiday. The customer service guy was soooo extremely rude, yelled at me, then said it was likely never assembled correctly which is why it was slow & the weeks popped out from the motor. When I got upset he yelled at me then proceeded to hang up on me. If the new Jeep gets here & isn’t perfect I’m getting my $$ back & I’ll never buy from here again. Absolutely ridiculous especially for the prices u pay for these products.

GBCROOKS CROOKS. We bought a fire engine on their site. Next day, found it on Amazon for $80 cheaper and $40 cheaper on shipping (it only costs $200 to begin with). I tried to work with them but their customer service is awful and rude. BUYER BEWARE. This is a horrible company.

GBDON'T DO IT DON'T DO IT, CAR HAD SMOKE COMING OUT, SUPER DANGEROUS, HAD WIRES REPLACED 4 TIMES AND THEY STILL BURN OUT, I WOULD NEVER PUT MY CHILD INTO A SMOKING CAR EITHER IF THE WIRES WERE REPLACED OR NOT. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE SUED AND TAKEN OUT OF BUSINESS. YOU'RE BETTER OFF BUYING ON AMAZON, MUCH CHEAPER AND MUCH BETTER QUALITY !
