Grandsons loved it until it quit Grandsons loved it until it quit. Then the company fell off the planet. Only returned one email to tell us “fix it yourself”. Even under warranty. Will try to find something from a more competent company hopefully American made. Don’t waste your money on these. And really don’t break the kids heart when it lasts maybe six months like ours.

Wish I could give less stars Ordered products and paid through the nose for 3 day shipping. Never received the products, never heard from customer support, no number to call to talk to someone (answering service only for new victims). DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!

Great company I can honestly tell you that this is the best purchase I have made by far. The reviews I have read were so bad they made me stress on the whole order. My sons car took 3 weeks to get here due to some shipping delays but WORTH EVERY PENNY AND WAIT! I looked for a good Ride on car for a while and found them by accident and I'm so glad I did. Customer service was awesome and got back to me within 24 hours.

ORDER #71605 for a Guitar & Bass… My ORDER #71605 for a Guitar & Bass Wireless System placed on 3 September till now 20 November. More than 2 month still not received. Apparently is being held up in China but no News from Trendtimes. Very disappointed paid with Church money, if good we need a few more.
