My neopets account is over 18 years… My neopets account is over 18 years old. They had frozen it a few years back, don't know the reason why. Something to do with the password. I emailed them a few times to no avail, but then finally emailed and BEGGED for my account back and actually attached a picture of my license to prove it was my account and I wanted to play again. It really shouldnt have been that much work for a site that's practically dead. Anyway. back to recent times. I purchased Chomby Sushi, a rare food item that costs over 100,000 neopoints, and the food DISAPPEARED from the inventory. Purchased it again. DISAPPEARED from my inventory. Purchased it a third time. Finally was able to feed it to my pet -- it doesnt appear in my gourmet food club list! I opened a ticket, and they basically told me it's a known issue and they were filing the ticket away, and I will not be reimbursed neopoints!!! I'm out over 300,000 neopoints!! I had actually opened another ticket asking to be reimbursed my neopoints, and they completely ignored it. Mind you, what does it cost the creators to add this item to my list or give me back my neopoints? I also pay for the premium membership!!! They should be grateful I still even log onto the site because there are no games or ways to earn neopoints, let alone give them money every month. I am cancelling my paid membership after the charity corner.

This company will never be good. This company will never, ever improve. 1.The Chinese own neopets (waves at NETDRAGON). 2. WOKE run the company. 3. LUNATICS run the asylum. 4. WE ARE ALL SCREWED. It's like the least fun place to be, but at LEAST it has 4 working games, ZERO respect for the customers AND can, HAS, and will continue to absolutely PILLAGE and rabidly BITE it's fan base to DEATH. Like taking a vacation with Epstein, NO ONE IS THE SAME AFTERWARD AND EVERYONE HURTS INSIDE...& NO ONE WILL EVER SHOW UP TO DEFEND OR HELP YOU. Stay away from this site! Stay away from this site! You can spend months putting hard work into your account, pets, etc for them to turn around and freeze your account and accuse you of stealing pets or items and refuse to unfreeze account without giving you the benefit of the doubt. In the past, the site use to be fun but these days, more and more users are quitting due to TNT being unfair so heed my warning, just don't spend your time or money on this site. Go to one of the other pet sites like Subeta or Marapets who actually care about their user base.
