GBThis site brings back memories of when… This site brings back memories of when I was an annoying child I know the password but they want the bloody data birth to my own account I have access to the connected email account but no they won't send a reset link insisting you know the data birth you used on a 15 year old account that you set up as a child back in the age of the Internet when nobody ever provide real information on any website Really damn annoying for my other accounts I can work out the damage by the added friends so I can estimate the year we tries a day I'm allowed to get the data birth Even my god damn bank allows me to reset nearly any detail long as I have a link email address You guys need to allow the same I even manually emailed you from the linked email address no reply Don't give one star reviews on this site brings up good old memories

USMy neopets account is over 18 years… My neopets account is over 18 years old. They had frozen it a few years back, don't know the reason why. Something to do with the password. I emailed them a few times to no avail, but then finally emailed and BEGGED for my account back and actually attached a picture of my license to prove it was my account and I wanted to play again. It really shouldnt have been that much work for a site that's practically dead. Anyway. back to recent times. I purchased Chomby Sushi, a rare food item that costs over 100,000 neopoints, and the food DISAPPEARED from the inventory. Purchased it again. DISAPPEARED from my inventory. Purchased it a third time. Finally was able to feed it to my pet -- it doesnt appear in my gourmet food club list! I opened a ticket, and they basically told me it's a known issue and they were filing the ticket away, and I will not be reimbursed neopoints!!! I'm out over 300,000 neopoints!! I had actually opened another ticket asking to be reimbursed my neopoints, and they completely ignored it. Mind you, what does it cost the creators to add this item to my list or give me back my neopoints? I also pay for the premium membership!!! They should be grateful I still even log onto the site because there are no games or ways to earn neopoints, let alone give them money every month. I am cancelling my paid membership after the charity corner.

NLWish I had never started on the site. Would have saved me a lot of wasted time My first ever neopets account stopped working. I couldn't login and the password recovery did not send a mail. Neopets gave 0 support and after 2 years, decided to fully delete it because it was inactive. Made a new account, after playing on it for a year, frozen. Another new account, after at least half a year, frozen. Another account... frozen. Each time 0 support or explanation as to why my accounts were frozen and/or how to unfreeze them. I wouldn't get a single response from them. Then I made another account, played on it for 2-3 years and it all went well. Until one day while trying to login the site asked me for my birthday. No problem I thought. Just fill it in and go. Except... it did not work. Tried every single combination just in case I might have missclicked while entering my date, yet nothing worked. Tried to use the password recovery option because I thought resetting my password might bypass the birthday check. No recovery email. I sent them an email showing screenshots of the original registration email I had received when I made the account as proof that I was the real owner. No ticket number, no response. Sent them a direct message on facebook asking about the email I have sent... no response. A while later I notice that they have read my facebook message, but decided not to respond. They fail to do their jobs and I don't understand why a company would waste money and hire people for customer support, if they aren't going to provide any support in the first place. This company does not give one 💩 about children or their users in general. All they care about is getting as much money as they can. They can't even seem to keep their security up to date.
