GBMy neopets account is over 18 years… My neopets account is over 18 years old. They had frozen it a few years back, don't know the reason why. Something to do with the password. I emailed them a few times to no avail, but then finally emailed and BEGGED for my account back and actually attached a picture of my license to prove it was my account and I wanted to play again. It really shouldnt have been that much work for a site that's practically dead. Anyway. back to recent times. I purchased Chomby Sushi, a rare food item that costs over 100,000 neopoints, and the food DISAPPEARED from the inventory. Purchased it again. DISAPPEARED from my inventory. Purchased it a third time. Finally was able to feed it to my pet -- it doesnt appear in my gourmet food club list! I opened a ticket, and they basically told me it's a known issue and they were filing the ticket away, and I will not be reimbursed neopoints!!! I'm out over 300,000 neopoints!! I had actually opened another ticket asking to be reimbursed my neopoints, and they completely ignored it. Mind you, what does it cost the creators to add this item to my list or give me back my neopoints? I also pay for the premium membership!!! They should be grateful I still even log onto the site because there are no games or ways to earn neopoints, let alone give them money every month. I am cancelling my paid membership after the charity corner.

GBLet's start with I am happy that there… Let's start with I am happy that there is an attempt to revitalize the site, and bring back old players. It's not something that had to be done, but one of the rare millennials with money bought the site and the rights to grow it again. CS is understaffed, and the technical side is even sadder. There is a known glitch that people report of missing items and currency in the Trading Post - 'We can't fix anything we can't track. Sorry for the inconvenience.' You have many users reporting the same issue. Those are datapoints to save and revisit in an attempt to fix the issue, but no, it's "We're so understaffed, we're not even pretending we're going to fix it." There is also an issue of spending real life money an not receiving the on-site equivalent currency. But with staff being so understaffed, people are frustrated and angry - and this is after knowing that buying the currency through the site is already extremely glitchy, and having to go offsite to buy the cards to redeem. You can't tell me there aren't millennials like myself who work in tech who would be happy to help, or that there aren't staffing companies out there you can approach to get us an initial response to a ticket in less than 3 weeks.

CAGawdawaful Site The team means well, I think - however they are so underresourced that they cut corners in MANY places, including but not limited to site security; protecting users personal data, and fair consideration in support tickets. They routinely banish users from the site without evidence of wrongdoing as part of their "freeze first, answer questions never approach". In fact, their team acknowledges that the sites backend is still open and accessible by anyone with the know-how. Don't spend any of your time or money here, assuming that you value it. They definitely don't. At all.
