I am shocked a good state like… I am shocked a good state like Pennsylvania would tolerate all the legitimate complaints regarding this company and its credit card scam. Was billed every month for the same pair of sneakers they just told me I owed 61 dollars for sneakers. Then told I owe 128 more dollars I insisted they close my account I doubt these scammers did

SHOP ELSEWHERE Online ordering is a nightmare. The website is stuck in the 80s and poorly designed otherwise. Multiple orders were cancelled without notification and when I phoned the CS line, members of that team were rude and dismissive. I’ve yet to understand why these orders were cancelled and sadly was unable to send the gifts in time for the holiday in which they were purchased. Shop elsewhere unless you enjoy headaches.

I also got ripped off by boscov’s &… I also got ripped off by boscov’s & partner! Invested a lot of money and they kept throwing in bonuses that were items that were grossly overpriced! I just wanted my money back but they froze my account and unfortunately left me in the hole 43,000 dollars!! My so called mentor was from the UK and said everything I wanted to hear until I ran out of money!! Not a good platform to get involved with😪

She listened to me, suggested and tested several fragrances until I found one that I loved. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very sweet and kind. She is a true asset to your company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE REP! If you love being treated like dirt, shop at Boscov's. Their customer service department will do a great job of making you feel like you are the most unappreciated customer out there! If you don't believe me go ahead and make a purchase from them. This place didn't receive horrible reviews for no reason. The phone reps are the most uneducated, unreasonable, and under paid idiots I have ever encountered in retail. Their supervisor was even more rude which explains why the other employees had no sense of what proper phone etiquette actually meant. I would rather be shot in the foot than EVER buy anything from this lame company again!!!
