GBBoscov's Credit Card - HIDDEN Interest Rate Charges and Late Fees Boscov's credit card charges 31.24% interest from DATE OF PURCHASE. If you sign up for automated payments expect interest charges and late fees. Why?? Boscov's management refuses to acknowledge any affiliation with their own credit card provider, Comenity Bank. If you want to escalate the issue through Boscov's Management they refuse and defer the issue back to Comenity Bank. Sometimes Comenity answers the phone and sometimes they don't. Expect 30 minute hold times. The incentives for opening a credit card are minimal -- an initial 15% off to kick off your credit card spending. An occasional $5.00 reward is sent to you in the mail. I was promised a BIG birthday and holiday coupon to incentivize me to open a credit card. I never got a coupon! Shame on you Mr. Boscov for promoting your business through a flawed bank. I did not expect you to charge interest rates and late fees for on time automated payments. I did not expect you to promise coupons and incentives but never send them. Remember... when you close a store credit card it NEGATIVELY impacts your credit score!!!

GBAre you kidding me I ordered a living… Are you kidding me I ordered a living room Nov 2019 they said 3 weeksdlivery it's now 2 months a scam to reel you in Called today they have no idea where or when ,very disgusting way to handle business with customers , will cancel order. Their rating is below sea level don't buy furniturefrom from them

GBExcellent shopping online experience I could not be happier. My order was delivered the next day! The product, men's fleece lined hoodies, exceeded my expectations and were unbelievably low priced. I was especially pleased with the packaging, not one oz of plastic! Amazon could you please take note. I plan to search the Boscov website regularly for my future online shopping needs.

GBThere are only three stores In the… There are only three stores In the united States that I have actually boycotted. Boscovs is one of them. Management and sales personell should quit thier jobs if the place is so horrible! I had witnessed a clerk shut down a register to avoid checking out costumers. In the "eatery" on the first floor, there is standing water around the floor drain permanently! Never change out fryer oil, ever!! Between the lack of service in the department area and health violations I experienced I'd avoid boscovs like the plague you might catch by entering the building.

GBWorst customer service ever Worst customer service ever! Warning, if you purchase online and use a Visa or Mastercard, they will bill you twice. As far as their "chat" option, do not waste your time! You will be waiting for days. As far as calling customer service, don't waste your time, they will transfer you to multiple departments, then tell you "it will fall off your account". Emails go unanswered. Used to be my favorite store, I will never shop there again. Completely disgusted with them. Karen
