She listened to me, suggested and tested several fragrances until I found one that I loved. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very sweet and kind. She is a true asset to your company. GBHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE REP! If you love being treated like dirt, shop at Boscov's. Their customer service department will do a great job of making you feel like you are the most unappreciated customer out there! If you don't believe me go ahead and make a purchase from them. This place didn't receive horrible reviews for no reason. The phone reps are the most uneducated, unreasonable, and under paid idiots I have ever encountered in retail. Their supervisor was even more rude which explains why the other employees had no sense of what proper phone etiquette actually meant. I would rather be shot in the foot than EVER buy anything from this lame company again!!!

GBThe letter I received today in the mail… The letter I received today in the mail mainly concerning the BOSCOV'S in Cumberland Mall, Vineland, NJ from the director at BOSCOV'S Corporate concerning ADA issues is BS!. It's so laced with lies hoping I will go away, well, I am not going away!. BOSCOV'S in Vineland NJ is not ADA compliant as other BOSCOV'S also are not although some have complied better then others. BOSCOV'S doesnt care bottom line!. I dont know about anyone else but I wont shop in another BOSCOV'S that doesnt care about ALL human beings!.

GBBoscov's Credit Card - HIDDEN Interest Rate Charges and Late Fees Boscov's credit card charges 31.24% interest from DATE OF PURCHASE. If you sign up for automated payments expect interest charges and late fees. Why?? Boscov's management refuses to acknowledge any affiliation with their own credit card provider, Comenity Bank. If you want to escalate the issue through Boscov's Management they refuse and defer the issue back to Comenity Bank. Sometimes Comenity answers the phone and sometimes they don't. Expect 30 minute hold times. The incentives for opening a credit card are minimal -- an initial 15% off to kick off your credit card spending. An occasional $5.00 reward is sent to you in the mail. I was promised a BIG birthday and holiday coupon to incentivize me to open a credit card. I never got a coupon! Shame on you Mr. Boscov for promoting your business through a flawed bank. I did not expect you to charge interest rates and late fees for on time automated payments. I did not expect you to promise coupons and incentives but never send them. Remember... when you close a store credit card it NEGATIVELY impacts your credit score!!!

GBGreat sketchers and even greater customer service from Kaveh I purchased 2 pair of sketchers slip ons for my aunt for her 90th birthday because I wasn’t sure of her size. She absolutely loved them! But most importantly I want to comment on the young woman who waited on me. This was at the Boscov’s shoe department in Plymouth Meeting. Her name was Kaveh (I’m sorry if I got the spelling of her name wrong). I watched her when I bought the sneakers and when I returned them. She was so very kind and patient with each and every customer. Real kindness that comes from the heart. Thank you for having such a wonderful woman in your employ! And thank you Kaveh!!
