Management and sales personell should quit thier jobs if the place is so horrible! I had witnessed a clerk shut down a register to avoid checking out costumers. In the "eatery" on the first floor, there is standing water around the floor drain permanently! Never change out fryer oil, ever!! Between the lack of service in the department area and health violations I experienced I'd avoid boscovs like the plague you might catch by entering the building.

BOSCOVS! SHOPPED BOSCOVS YEARS AGO NO TROUBLE..NOW FORGET IT! THIS IS CONCERNING AN ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!

I also got ripped off by boscov’s &… I also got ripped off by boscov’s & partner! Invested a lot of money and they kept throwing in bonuses that were items that were grossly overpriced! I just wanted my money back but they froze my account and unfortunately left me in the hole 43,000 dollars!! My so called mentor was from the UK and said everything I wanted to hear until I ran out of money!! Not a good platform to get involved with😪

Rejection Reciprocated Yesterday, I attempted to place an order with Boscov online. The order was rejected all three times. I checked my account today and found out that the order had went through and a shipping label had been created. I called the company and was told that I would need to refuse the order or pay for return shipping myself. This is unreasonable since to my knowledge my order was never officially placed. I told them to cancel my account and I will never shop on their site again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE REP! If you love being treated like dirt, shop at Boscov's. Their customer service department will do a great job of making you feel like you are the most unappreciated customer out there! If you don't believe me go ahead and make a purchase from them. This place didn't receive horrible reviews for no reason. The phone reps are the most uneducated, unreasonable, and under paid idiots I have ever encountered in retail. Their supervisor was even more rude which explains why the other employees had no sense of what proper phone etiquette actually meant. I would rather be shot in the foot than EVER buy anything from this lame company again!!!
