GBThe letter I received today in the mail… The letter I received today in the mail mainly concerning the BOSCOV'S in Cumberland Mall, Vineland, NJ from the director at BOSCOV'S Corporate concerning ADA issues is BS!. It's so laced with lies hoping I will go away, well, I am not going away!. BOSCOV'S in Vineland NJ is not ADA compliant as other BOSCOV'S also are not although some have complied better then others. BOSCOV'S doesnt care bottom line!. I dont know about anyone else but I wont shop in another BOSCOV'S that doesnt care about ALL human beings!.

GBI had a wonderful experience at your… I had a wonderful experience at your cosmetic counter in Altoona Pa. Marlena Benson helped to pick a fragrance. She listened to me, suggested and tested several fragrances until I found one that I loved. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very sweet and kind. She is a true asset to your company. GBAre you kidding me I ordered a living… Are you kidding me I ordered a living room Nov 2019 they said 3 weeksdlivery it's now 2 months a scam to reel you in Called today they have no idea where or when ,very disgusting way to handle business with customers , will cancel order. Their rating is below sea level don't buy furniturefrom from them

GBWorst customer service ever Worst customer service ever! Warning, if you purchase online and use a Visa or Mastercard, they will bill you twice. As far as their "chat" option, do not waste your time! You will be waiting for days. As far as calling customer service, don't waste your time, they will transfer you to multiple departments, then tell you "it will fall off your account". Emails go unanswered. Used to be my favorite store, I will never shop there again. Completely disgusted with them. Karen

CAThey scam you into working with them to… They scam you into working with them to boost their products reputation. I lost over 3K $ with those bast****. And they change their business name every few months so that they don't get caught.
