I have a recording after calling the… Burlington stores no longer allow their customers to use the public bathroom. After calling the corporate office to explain the frustrations of what I was feeling, the customer service rep was very rude and I have it recorded. I was not allowed to ask for a manager. I was told it's corporate's decision. We need to boycott the store!! I will put this on TikTok.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service! Debbie the manager at the Mentor, Ohio burlington is very unprofessional and needs fired, she should not be a manager! I also have found other reviews and complaints from customers about her being unprofessional and rude! I just can't understand how she still is employed at burlington, let alone still a manager?!?! how do you continue to let someone so unprofessional be a team leader! I asked her for corporates number and she told me too google it, snd hungup on me...I will never shop at this store ever again! I will be calling corporate Monday morning 9am sharp!. 🙂

My worst experience at Burlington… My worst experience at Burlington factory store in OBT Orlando, Florida. store 00322. Jul 29th. I was harassed by the manager of the store at the register. he remained behind my back while I was doing the transaction. I felt very upset. I was biased because of my dark skin color. I complained to Burlington Corporate no answer from them. I think they are ok with customer being biased by the staff because of the customer skin color. I ll never come back to do business wtih this store or Burlington Store at all.

I have been a customer at Burlington… I have been a customer at Burlington for many years , visited multiple locations . My greatest experience was at the Valley Stream location with a dedicated , hardworking , polite and diligent cashier by the name of Radha Ganness .You don’t see this type of hospitality in retail anymore . Five stars for Mrs . Ganness and continued success . Keep up the great work , job well done .

Visited Burlington on Loop 281 in… Visited Burlington on Loop 281 in longview on Feb.24, 2020 and was not pleased with my experience. The prices and selection were great. After finding a few impulse items I went to the counter where there were 2 checkout clerks. Both of which ignored me. Didn't even acknowledge me. Another point, a customer came straight from the entrance and bypassed the lines jumping straight to the front of the line with her return leaving myself and the others in line frustrated. One clerk began helping her while the other just folded closes at the counter chatting with the other clerk. Ultimately I did not make a purchase and watch other customers frustrations grow. I will not be returning.
