My worst experience at Burlington… My worst experience at Burlington factory store in OBT Orlando, Florida. store 00322. Jul 29th. I was harassed by the manager of the store at the register. he remained behind my back while I was doing the transaction. I felt very upset. I was biased because of my dark skin color. I complained to Burlington Corporate no answer from them. I think they are ok with customer being biased by the staff because of the customer skin color. I ll never come back to do business wtih this store or Burlington Store at all.

I have a recording after calling the… Burlington stores no longer allow their customers to use the public bathroom. After calling the corporate office to explain the frustrations of what I was feeling, the customer service rep was very rude and I have it recorded. I was not allowed to ask for a manager. I was told it's corporate's decision. We need to boycott the store!! I will put this on TikTok.

Fake products I didn’t know they have Such a bad rating. I bought a luggage bag from their store and it broke into pieces in my first trip, I tried to contact them to get some help but the staff was so rude and didn’t do anything about it, I hope this review with help others so they don’t buy from this store.

They would not give me back my money even with the tracking information indicating that they were given back my package proving that I paid for items I never was given. Now they have my moment and their items. Called three times for two weeks and spoke to “supervisor” all individuals claiming to have no authority to resolve the problem.
