Horrible customer service Horrible customer service! Debbie the manager at the Mentor, Ohio burlington is very unprofessional and needs fired, she should not be a manager! I also have found other reviews and complaints from customers about her being unprofessional and rude! I just can't understand how she still is employed at burlington, let alone still a manager?!?! how do you continue to let someone so unprofessional be a team leader! I asked her for corporates number and she told me too google it, snd hungup on me...I will never shop at this store ever again! I will be calling corporate Monday morning 9am sharp!. 🙂

I used to love Burlinton I used to love Burlinton, but after my visit in November 2022 to the Granada Hills store, I will not be returning. The clothing has gone downhill, and the store is a total mess with a multitude of merchandise lying in the aisles. There were only 2 cashiers in slow motion with about a dozen people in line. My wait to check out was approx 15-20 minutes and the cashier did not smile nor did she speak to me. I amsodisappointed and will not return again!

Fake products I didn’t know they have Such a bad rating. I bought a luggage bag from their store and it broke into pieces in my first trip, I tried to contact them to get some help but the staff was so rude and didn’t do anything about it, I hope this review with help others so they don’t buy from this store.

Their website is useless, looking for a certain item but you can only view items in their stores now. Ridiculous Who wants to drive 20 mins just to find out the store does not have it. Seasonal Work, Manassas VA I did Seasonal Work here in Manassas, VA Burlington and loved working there. Fast paced environment but very fun. Also the manager worked with me on less hours due to my disability. I would work here again in a heartbeat. I wish I could of stayed on! Oh well.
