USTheir Kingston NY Location This review concerns the Burlington store in Kingston, NY. We walked into this location today looking for a fall jacket for my wife. We walked into a store large enough to house a dozen or so railway cars. The amount of merchandise on display couldn't fill their bathroom. Literally, thousands of square feet of empty racks and bare, unoccupiied floor space. There were no clearance or going out of business signs, but it left me wondering why not...or why they open at all.

USMy worst experience at Burlington… My worst experience at Burlington factory store in OBT Orlando, Florida. store 00322. Jul 29th. I was harassed by the manager of the store at the register. he remained behind my back while I was doing the transaction. I felt very upset. I was biased because of my dark skin color. I complained to Burlington Corporate no answer from them. I think they are ok with customer being biased by the staff because of the customer skin color. I ll never come back to do business wtih this store or Burlington Store at all.

USVisited Burlington on Loop 281 in… Visited Burlington on Loop 281 in longview on Feb.24, 2020 and was not pleased with my experience. The prices and selection were great. After finding a few impulse items I went to the counter where there were 2 checkout clerks. Both of which ignored me. Didn't even acknowledge me. Another point, a customer came straight from the entrance and bypassed the lines jumping straight to the front of the line with her return leaving myself and the others in line frustrated. One clerk began helping her while the other just folded closes at the counter chatting with the other clerk. Ultimately I did not make a purchase and watch other customers frustrations grow. I will not be returning.

USI went to return something and there… I went to return something and there was no one at the return counter. Only one lane open when I arrived and no particular line formation. Another register was opened when back up was asked for but 2 customers serviced before me that came in after. There was no manager present at the front and the employees were not properly trained on how to handle the customers. Need to reevaluate who is managing the store and train the employees, also should have defined line so that unfairness dosen't happen because people are rude and really don't care for others these days.

USHorrible horrible horrible corrupt Horrible horrible horrible. I spent over 100$ on Christmas gifts. Pack a age was sent back by carrier before ever coming to me. They would not give me back my money even with the tracking information indicating that they were given back my package proving that I paid for items I never was given. Now they have my moment and their items. Called three times for two weeks and spoke to “supervisor” all individuals claiming to have no authority to resolve the problem.
