Total scam Total scam. Website states shipping for US orders is 2-4 days. It’s been 29 days and I am still waiting. Tried to contact them via email comes back as undeliverable and when I tried to call message directs you to email them using the email that came back as undeliverable.

wish there was an option for zero stars wish there was an option for zero stars! some friends had "the fly orb" that we played with in the kitchen at christmas, they were soo cool that I ordered some but accidently didnt search long enough and found this scam of a company. They ripped off the original "fly orb". I should have noticed the name "fly orbb". I got my items but they're junk! different than my friends. heavy on the top so they flip over. vibrates badly. and says 60 days return, well they're not answering my emails. Too many scammers in today's world...

Excellent Customer Service and product Excellent Customer Service and product. Received first fly orbb quickly but it had a faulty usb connection; after sending evidence, a replacement was sent AMAZINGLY quickly. Had been a bit anxious about placing order initially as could not find reviews etc. but I would happily place more orders with this company.

One star rating is too high! I only rated The Fly Orbb as one star because you can't rate zero stars. I ordered the Cosmic Blue Fly Orbb, they took my money, they said it was on it's way, then I received a message it was delivered on October 12, 2023 but, it was not. I sent 4 emails since then and although they say they respond within 24 hours, I have yet to receive a reply from them and it is now November 4, 2023. I called there telephone number and got a message advising to send an email. Do not buy from The Fly Orbb, save your money and buy elsewhere! Do not flush your well earned money down the toilet like I had to!

Ordered 2 for Christmas presents Ordered 2 for Christmas presents. I received them and charged them fully to see if they work. The first one didn’t even spin and the second one only lasted 5 minutes. You need a shipping label to return them except they won’t give me one. Multiple emails have been sent. Along with pictures and videos still no shipping label! They want me to agree too replacements. When I say no the dialogue stops! Been trying for 3 days now.
