One star rating is too high! I only rated The Fly Orbb as one star because you can't rate zero stars. I ordered the Cosmic Blue Fly Orbb, they took my money, they said it was on it's way, then I received a message it was delivered on October 12, 2023 but, it was not. I sent 4 emails since then and although they say they respond within 24 hours, I have yet to receive a reply from them and it is now November 4, 2023. I called there telephone number and got a message advising to send an email. Do not buy from The Fly Orbb, save your money and buy elsewhere! Do not flush your well earned money down the toilet like I had to!

Excellent Customer Service and product Excellent Customer Service and product. Received first fly orbb quickly but it had a faulty usb connection; after sending evidence, a replacement was sent AMAZINGLY quickly. Had been a bit anxious about placing order initially as could not find reviews etc. but I would happily place more orders with this company.

They sent a product that worked as… They sent a product that worked as intended, FOR1 MINUTE. Then the LED strip came loose and broke off. It has been 6 weeks of sending them photo and video proof of the defective toy. They keep saying that they will send a replacement, but I want a refund - just as they promise on their web site.

Dishonest promo and email claims Ordered 15 days ago during their free rush order promo (2-5 days delivery) and still don't have a delivery date. Company claims they're a small family run business but emails come from GKS holding (an e-commerce business in India?) and parts ship from a manufacturer in China. Working on getting a refund for this dishonest site. Update...well we did receive the order over a month later. We gifted them to our kids for Easter (instead of Christmas) and the led lights broke off of two of them after just a few minutes. What a cheap, horrible product and waste of money. Of course it's too late to get a refund now.

Ordered 2 for Christmas presents Ordered 2 for Christmas presents. I received them and charged them fully to see if they work. The first one didn’t even spin and the second one only lasted 5 minutes. You need a shipping label to return them except they won’t give me one. Multiple emails have been sent. Along with pictures and videos still no shipping label! They want me to agree too replacements. When I say no the dialogue stops! Been trying for 3 days now.
