Changing Pad purchase This changing pad comes with no cover and the website does not sell a cover for it. The changing pad is like a plastic material that I will have to go ahead and make my own changing pad cover for. There is a customer service number but it just tells you to leave a message. You can email them and wait for them to email you back.

Fantastic! I ordered a lunchbox for my son, throughout the process customer service was quick and efficient. I was hoping for a good quality lunchbox that I could embroider my sons name on, it exceeded my expectations. Will definitely order again! Thank you!

Excellent customer service! They were very friendly and helpful. I had some pricing questions, and they were quick to respond by phone and email. I had found a cheaper price, and they were willing to meet that or be understanding of my purchasing elsewhere. I ended up purchasing from them, not just for price, but I felt I was getting the customer service that is lacking in so many businesses.

Don't trust stock listed on website On 12/14 I ordered an item showing to have 3 in stock and would ship within 1-3 days. 3 days after I received an email from PayPal informing me of a refund from this company. I'm assuming they didn't have it in stock? There was zero communication from the company and further today is 12/22, one week after initial purchase and 3 days before Christmas and my account still hasn't seen the $140 that was for my daughters "big" Christmas present. I am utterly disappointed in this company, their incapacity to accurately update stock and their lack of professional communications. I will not ever be ordering from here again and I would caution customers

Disappointed Mom and I were both excited to have, after days of searching, find exactly what we were looking for. What sold us was a specific color option that was unavailable at many stores we had previously visited online and in store. After completing our order, receiving a confirmation email, and having our payment processed for the order, we were notified that the color option was not available. We were given other options for our order, but we were both very let down, and decided to refund our payment.
