GBExcellent customer service! They were very friendly and helpful. I had some pricing questions, and they were quick to respond by phone and email. I had found a cheaper price, and they were willing to meet that or be understanding of my purchasing elsewhere. I ended up purchasing from them, not just for price, but I felt I was getting the customer service that is lacking in so many businesses.

GBDon't trust stock listed on website On 12/14 I ordered an item showing to have 3 in stock and would ship within 1-3 days. 3 days after I received an email from PayPal informing me of a refund from this company. I'm assuming they didn't have it in stock? There was zero communication from the company and further today is 12/22, one week after initial purchase and 3 days before Christmas and my account still hasn't seen the $140 that was for my daughters "big" Christmas present. I am utterly disappointed in this company, their incapacity to accurately update stock and their lack of professional communications. I will not ever be ordering from here again and I would caution customers

GBVery poor communication. I ordered 2 sleeping bags on 12/5 & the money was debited from my account the next day. I received an email with my order confirmation & then nothing. I finally emailed for an update & got a response that they were being shipped. On 12/13 I got an email that all of my order was shipped. On 12/16 I received 1 sleeping bag not 2 like I ordered & not like according to the email my full order. Once again I had to email & ask where the other sleeping bag was. The answers was it was on BACKORDERED but a rush had been put on it the warehouse. These were going to be Christmas presents for my twin granddaughters. I felt by ordering 20 days before Christmas should have been plenty of time to receive them. Now I don't know if I will be able to give them as presents since I only have ONE!!!! Not very good communication and all. I definitely should have been told that 1 would be on backorder as soon as I placed the order.

GBChanging Pad purchase This changing pad comes with no cover and the website does not sell a cover for it. The changing pad is like a plastic material that I will have to go ahead and make my own changing pad cover for. There is a customer service number but it just tells you to leave a message. You can email them and wait for them to email you back.

GBCompletely satisfied We received our nightstand within 3 days from placing our order. Most companies said 4-6 weeks. They were also the best priced of all of the companies that carried this nightstand. We will definitely use Nurzery in the future.
