Item not received - NO response from sender I have contacted Nurzery multiple times via email regarding my item not being received. ZERO response and over a month out - I'm still out of my $150! UPS has processed the claim, I started and approved it but have not received paperwork back from Nurzery to receive the funds! There is ZERO contact information anywhere for this company other than an email address they do not respond to. Fraudulent company!!!

Great experience When placing my order somehow I misspelled my street and submitted the order without reviewing. When I emailed Nurzery to tell them about my mistake they responded very quickly. They had resolved my issue before replying and thanked me for my purchase. I received my item 2 days after I asked for my address to be corrected. I will recommend this company to everyone.
