Don't trust stock listed on website On 12/14 I ordered an item showing to have 3 in stock and would ship within 1-3 days. 3 days after I received an email from PayPal informing me of a refund from this company. I'm assuming they didn't have it in stock? There was zero communication from the company and further today is 12/22, one week after initial purchase and 3 days before Christmas and my account still hasn't seen the $140 that was for my daughters "big" Christmas present. I am utterly disappointed in this company, their incapacity to accurately update stock and their lack of professional communications. I will not ever be ordering from here again and I would caution customers

delivery I bought my product on a Saturday and when I read the shipping it said it usually took one to three days. On Monday I received a email saying my package will be here Thursday and now today I received a email saying next Tuesday. Had I known it would have taken this long I would have went to the store and paid more for the product my children were excited to play with their gift.

I wish I could review the product but… I wish I could review the product but haven't received it. It is tracking as not moved in Utah for the last 4 days. Why would it have shipped from Michigan to Utah when we live near Phila., Pennsylvania? Totally disappointed!!

Item not received - NO response from sender I have contacted Nurzery multiple times via email regarding my item not being received. ZERO response and over a month out - I'm still out of my $150! UPS has processed the claim, I started and approved it but have not received paperwork back from Nurzery to receive the funds! There is ZERO contact information anywhere for this company other than an email address they do not respond to. Fraudulent company!!!

Car seat in used condition. I bought the safety 1st complete air 65 car seat and although I found it to be a good price, the cup holder that it came with has a bunch of scratches inside. This has definitely been used and was never mentioned when purchasing.
