GBExcellent customer service! They were very friendly and helpful. I had some pricing questions, and they were quick to respond by phone and email. I had found a cheaper price, and they were willing to meet that or be understanding of my purchasing elsewhere. I ended up purchasing from them, not just for price, but I felt I was getting the customer service that is lacking in so many businesses.

GBExcellent Company, Excellent Purchase!! I purchased the KidKraft Lil' Symphony Guitar for my 3 year old nephew. This the fjrst time I've ordered from Nurzery but it won't be the last! I had a question about delivery and it was answered immediately. The tracking and delivery information was fast and correct. I received my purchase quickly and it was securely packaged. My sister, brother-in-law, and nephew all LOVE the guitar. I've seen the same guitar on other sites but they were between $10-$20 more! I am sooo very happy that I chose Nurzery for my purchase!!! Other members of my family are planning to make Nurzery purchases as well!! Thank You So Much!!!

GBVery poor communication. I ordered 2 sleeping bags on 12/5 & the money was debited from my account the next day. I received an email with my order confirmation & then nothing. I finally emailed for an update & got a response that they were being shipped. On 12/13 I got an email that all of my order was shipped. On 12/16 I received 1 sleeping bag not 2 like I ordered & not like according to the email my full order. Once again I had to email & ask where the other sleeping bag was. The answers was it was on BACKORDERED but a rush had been put on it the warehouse. These were going to be Christmas presents for my twin granddaughters. I felt by ordering 20 days before Christmas should have been plenty of time to receive them. Now I don't know if I will be able to give them as presents since I only have ONE!!!! Not very good communication and all. I definitely should have been told that 1 would be on backorder as soon as I placed the order.

GBItem not received - NO response from sender I have contacted Nurzery multiple times via email regarding my item not being received. ZERO response and over a month out - I'm still out of my $150! UPS has processed the claim, I started and approved it but have not received paperwork back from Nurzery to receive the funds! There is ZERO contact information anywhere for this company other than an email address they do not respond to. Fraudulent company!!!
