GBEverything about this went as advertised We had a great time at the event. The ticket purchase, transfer and all aspects of the transaction went exactly as advertised. This was our first time purchasing tickets in this way and we were very pleased with the results. Will do this again.

GBI had a great time at the event I had a great time at the event, but I feel like fees and extras should be included in the original price of the ticket. Also, the amount of fees charged is absolutely ridiculous.

GBI was a little nervous since I never… I was a little nervous since I never got tickets like this before I am 78 years old and not the most techy. However, the directions was easy to follow and once I dowloaded the app it was easy to have the upc code available to be scanned.

GBThe ticket experience was good The ticket experience was good. However the fees are way too much. We paid 30% of the total ticket price in fees. I also wish there was an app or a way to save the tickets to a phone’s wallet instead of having to go to a browser. If there hadn’t been a good phone signal it would’ve been complicated.
