GBI was a little nervous since I never… I was a little nervous since I never got tickets like this before I am 78 years old and not the most techy. However, the directions was easy to follow and once I dowloaded the app it was easy to have the upc code available to be scanned.

GBGreat ticket process Great ticket process. Maybe have a better seating chart that shows seat numbers of the section, that way you can understand exactly where you are sitting seat wise.

GBOrder tickets via BigStub Using BigStub to get tickets to Carrie Underwood was a good experience. Great performance was given by Carrie. No bad seats in the Theater. Only downside was the venue had the enternace blocked with a baracaide and no taxis waiting at end of the concert. When I finally got a taxi he said it was difficult to get there. The venue was hawking the option of an $85 cost to rent a limo. For that reason, I would not recommend seeing a concert there again.
