5 Stars! I was a bit worried when I first learned that the supplier did not give nor send physical or mobile tickets. I had to pick them up at the venue based on trust that only the day before the concert would I receive a text or phone call from someone telling me where to go to get the tickets on the day of the show. I was not feeling great about it, but, it went seamlessly. They did everything the way they said they would. It was PERFECT! Highly recommend based on my experience!

Order tickets via BigStub Using BigStub to get tickets to Carrie Underwood was a good experience. Great performance was given by Carrie. No bad seats in the Theater. Only downside was the venue had the enternace blocked with a baracaide and no taxis waiting at end of the concert. When I finally got a taxi he said it was difficult to get there. The venue was hawking the option of an $85 cost to rent a limo. For that reason, I would not recommend seeing a concert there again.

A Definite 5-Star Experience To be honest, I was sorta nervous ordering and paying for tickets online that I wasn’t going to receive until a week before the performance. HOWEVER, I have been extremely pleased that everything went EXACTLY as I was told it would. I would definitely recommend Bigstub to anyone having the opportunity to work with them.
