GBThe ticket experience was good The ticket experience was good. However the fees are way too much. We paid 30% of the total ticket price in fees. I also wish there was an app or a way to save the tickets to a phone’s wallet instead of having to go to a browser. If there hadn’t been a good phone signal it would’ve been complicated.

GBGreat ticket process Great ticket process. Maybe have a better seating chart that shows seat numbers of the section, that way you can understand exactly where you are sitting seat wise.

GBI was a little nervous since I never… I was a little nervous since I never got tickets like this before I am 78 years old and not the most techy. However, the directions was easy to follow and once I dowloaded the app it was easy to have the upc code available to be scanned.

GBA Definite 5-Star Experience To be honest, I was sorta nervous ordering and paying for tickets online that I wasn’t going to receive until a week before the performance. HOWEVER, I have been extremely pleased that everything went EXACTLY as I was told it would. I would definitely recommend Bigstub to anyone having the opportunity to work with them.
