This is our 4th year buying tickets… This is our 4th year buying tickets online and coming to the state fair. This year a little different because we brought more family with us, and this is our tradition before the kids go back to school.

You can trust this company. The tickets showed up clearly on phone and got me into the concert. That's all that matters. I was not comfortable not having a printed ticket until this event. Etix set my mind at ease.

Zero-Waste/Leave No Trace Goal The e-ticket experience went well and the event was well organized. It would be great if the waste generated at the concert had been managed a bit better by placing recycling and waste containers in numerous and convenient locations. A reminder by the band to please place in beverage containers in recycling and waste in containers.

I'd give etix a rating of zero if only… I'd give etix a rating of zero if only possible. What a horrible website; it runs you in circles and you can never actually get to a page to pay for the tickets you've selected.
