GBI'd give etix a rating of zero if only… I'd give etix a rating of zero if only possible. What a horrible website; it runs you in circles and you can never actually get to a page to pay for the tickets you've selected.

GBYou can trust this company. The tickets showed up clearly on phone and got me into the concert. That's all that matters. I was not comfortable not having a printed ticket until this event. Etix set my mind at ease.

GBI lost my email with my tickets I lost my email with my tickets. I sent an email and called R Entertainment. Within a few hours they resent them and I can now go to the concert! Great service and prompt response.

GBGreat Customer Service Experience I phoned in my request for parking passes for the second weekend (Which by the way completely blows) The lady that helped me was so nice and helpful placing my order for the parking passes and she was ready to take care of all my needs for the Fantasy Feast and Gate passes but I declined on the rest I wanted to do some of it. (Which I did do) It was also so very easy when I bought my Fantasy Feast tickets online it was kinda confusing but simple enough that I figured it out
