GBI lost my email with my tickets I lost my email with my tickets. I sent an email and called R Entertainment. Within a few hours they resent them and I can now go to the concert! Great service and prompt response.

GBZero-Waste/Leave No Trace Goal The e-ticket experience went well and the event was well organized. It would be great if the waste generated at the concert had been managed a bit better by placing recycling and waste containers in numerous and convenient locations. A reminder by the band to please place in beverage containers in recycling and waste in containers.

GBBetter than Ticketmaster the ticket fees seemed much more reasonable than Ticketmaster, a greedy company run by satan himself apparently. so that was good. it would be nice not to have to pay markup fees at all to go to an event...
