GBWe all enjoyed the displays and… We all enjoyed the displays and educational content. We appreciated the support in accessing the venue for our 2 children who have autism / ADHD - the care and consideration for their more neurodiverse needs was greatly appreciated and made it much more accessible for them. USYou can trust this company. The tickets showed up clearly on phone and got me into the concert. That's all that matters. I was not comfortable not having a printed ticket until this event. Etix set my mind at ease.

USGreat Customer Service Experience I phoned in my request for parking passes for the second weekend (Which by the way completely blows) The lady that helped me was so nice and helpful placing my order for the parking passes and she was ready to take care of all my needs for the Fantasy Feast and Gate passes but I declined on the rest I wanted to do some of it. (Which I did do) It was also so very easy when I bought my Fantasy Feast tickets online it was kinda confusing but simple enough that I figured it out

USWhere do I print tickets Where do I print tickets? How do we get in? Update - No ticket email was sent prior to the event however I was able to locate and print tickets using the original purchase confirmation email and a link within that took me to my tickets.
