Gozney Roccbox I’ve been using my Roccbox for a year. Excellent product, finally I am able to make restaurant quality neopolitan style pizza in my yard. The oven reaches 400 Celsius degrees in about 30-35 minutes and requires so little gas. It’s really efficient. I can’t wait to order the new Arc XL! Gozney is second to none, best pizza ovens on the market. It took only 3 or 4 days to receive my oven.

The quality of the product is superior… The quality of the product is superior to any other. The Arc XL is the perfect portable pizza oven. There were logistical problems with my on-line order-I received incorrect items-it took 5 weeks to get the item I ordered which was supposedly in stock.

Dome & Stand Cover is NOT weather proof Impressed with the Dome and the peels. Delivery was quick and products delivered were as expected, very well-made. The Dome & Stand Cover is so badly designed though. It says on the product page, “Rain, snow, wind, sleet, hail, sunlight, anything. Protect your oven + stand all year round, with the 100% weather-proof full length Dome Cover.” It doesn’t protect against rain though, as the seams aren’t taped. This means as soon as there is water on the top, it seeps through the stitch holes across the top of the cover. Therefore it isn’t 100% weatherproof as stated on the product page. It’s essentially only splash proof. The wording is misleading and more than that, it’s a badly designed product. Everything else across the Gozney offering seems so thought-through and well-made so I can’t imagine why they thought it was a good idea to sell a rain cover that doesn’t protect against rain. On contacting the customer service, I was told that it was never supposed to be waterproof, that it was just water repellent and that we should store the dome cover undercover. The irony! What a useless accessory!

Imaginary Arc Accessories and Stand? Bought Arc Cover and Stand along with oven and other accessories on the release day on March 5th. Took over a month for the oven to arrive. Still awaiting a for the Cover, Stand and Peel to arrive. When I reached out to the Customer Services - they advised a 7 week lead Time of the Cover. No mention of the Stand - which is the more important item to me for now - as no where to put the oven. I still have no idea of when the stand and peel are to arrive. Will the cover be shipped this week? Products arrive well packaged and great looking - but extremely Sub-Par Customer Service. Haven’t been offered any compensation. Extremely disappointing.

My husband saw our neighbor with the… My husband saw our neighbor with the big pizza cutter about 8 months ago and mentioned he wanted one. Come his birthday in April, I made the purchase. He loved it and uses it for pizza, focaccia and anything else that needs a big cut. Love it and I know others will as well!
