Gozney Roccbox I’ve been using my Roccbox for a year. Excellent product, finally I am able to make restaurant quality neopolitan style pizza in my yard. The oven reaches 400 Celsius degrees in about 30-35 minutes and requires so little gas. It’s really efficient. I can’t wait to order the new Arc XL! Gozney is second to none, best pizza ovens on the market. It took only 3 or 4 days to receive my oven.

But I am also a pizza snob that lived in Italy and know a good pizza when I see it (and for taste it). I went back and forth between Ooni and Gozney. What finally won me over is Tom's story and how he gives back, that was the tipping point. I have now made several pizza's and my skills, although somewhat neophyte are getting better with each batch. Thank you Gozney, your products are outstanding and I hope to become a pizzaiolo in short time!

Good product, slow customer service Their product is good but they have very slow customer service response times. They say they are correcting issues but I have yet to see results.

Top Tier Experience Everything from the shipping time to packaging to the unboxing was very pleasant for a product this large. The booklets that came with it are far better than anything you could put on a webpage and I encourage you guys to keep doing this. Our oven has been kicking for almost a month now and we have no complaints! Both wood and propane work wonderfully.
