Helpful and responsive Helpful and responsive while in transit. Freight shipping is different than normal shipping like FedEx or ups. I had questions while it was in transit and Gozney was responsive. It was a little delayed but arrived and packaged well.

I had some issues with the product and decided to contact the customer service. I got a really fast response and we could sort out the problem the easiest way possible. She was quick to respond to the issues I have been experiencing and came up with various solutions. She’s been fantastic! 5* service from Gozney.

Awesome Great experience so far, easy set up, and simply phenomenal design. Only problem is I forgot to learn to make dough BEFORE the oven got here! Excited to fire up some pizzas, but more excited for the cooking versatility this unit provides!
