Excellent service Excellent service. Customer service is really great. I made my first purchase at the beginning of march 2024. I had some issues with the product and decided to contact the customer service. I got a really fast response and we could sort out the problem the easiest way possible. My arc xl arrived with alot of scratches on the off black paint and shouldn't arrive like that as gozney is a premium company and the product should be shipped as such. The gas adjustment knob also was malfunctioning. Received a second off black arc xl with the same scratches. If not for a great customer service and professionalism from Ashlie this would have been a very negative experience. The biggest take away was I could not be promised a third oven would not have significant scratches like 2 I received. Great oven poor shipping packaging & or paint Finish.
