GBI’ve recently experienced a few issues… I’ve recently experienced a few issues with my Gozney Dome. I made contact with Gozney customer services and have been looked after by Paula. She was quick to respond to the issues I have been experiencing and came up with various solutions. She’s been fantastic! 5* service from Gozney.

AUAvoid dealing with incompetent gozney You totally messed up the colour of my arc xl I ordered, I ordered black you sent bone, you then had the black in stock again where I asked to return my unopened bone colour arc xl, by the time the incompetent staff got back to me the new stock you had in had sold out!! You offered me a 50% discount off a peel I paid for over a month ago and I’m still waiting for it! The customer service experience at gozney is laughable! If anyone working for me in my business had this attitude they’d be looking for a new job! Even giving you one star would flatter the experience I’ve had!

AUGreat product- sh*supply chain Great product- sh*supply chain and false communication. Ordered a placement peel on March 16 and still waiting for dispatch. Have called these guys on multiple occasions and their response is always “it will be sent next week”. They clearly have no idea….

GBThe quality of the product is superior… The quality of the product is superior to any other. The Arc XL is the perfect portable pizza oven. There were logistical problems with my on-line order-I received incorrect items-it took 5 weeks to get the item I ordered which was supposedly in stock.
