Pizza newb gets inspired with Gozney Pizza newb gets inspired with Gozney I wanted to buy a pizza oven to create and cook amazing pizza's. I live is a pizza wasteland near Denton, TX. But I am also a pizza snob that lived in Italy and know a good pizza when I see it (and for taste it). I went back and forth between Ooni and Gozney. What finally won me over is Tom's story and how he gives back, that was the tipping point. I have now made several pizza's and my skills, although somewhat neophyte are getting better with each batch. Thank you Gozney, your products are outstanding and I hope to become a pizzaiolo in short time!

Dome & Stand Cover is NOT weather proof Impressed with the Dome and the peels. Delivery was quick and products delivered were as expected, very well-made. The Dome & Stand Cover is so badly designed though. It says on the product page, “Rain, snow, wind, sleet, hail, sunlight, anything. Protect your oven + stand all year round, with the 100% weather-proof full length Dome Cover.” It doesn’t protect against rain though, as the seams aren’t taped. This means as soon as there is water on the top, it seeps through the stitch holes across the top of the cover. Therefore it isn’t 100% weatherproof as stated on the product page. It’s essentially only splash proof. The wording is misleading and more than that, it’s a badly designed product. Everything else across the Gozney offering seems so thought-through and well-made so I can’t imagine why they thought it was a good idea to sell a rain cover that doesn’t protect against rain. On contacting the customer service, I was told that it was never supposed to be waterproof, that it was just water repellent and that we should store the dome cover undercover. The irony! What a useless accessory!

Avoid dealing with incompetent gozney You totally messed up the colour of my arc xl I ordered, I ordered black you sent bone, you then had the black in stock again where I asked to return my unopened bone colour arc xl, by the time the incompetent staff got back to me the new stock you had in had sold out!! You offered me a 50% discount off a peel I paid for over a month ago and I’m still waiting for it! The customer service experience at gozney is laughable! If anyone working for me in my business had this attitude they’d be looking for a new job! Even giving you one star would flatter the experience I’ve had!

Excellent service Excellent service. Customer service is really great. I made my first purchase at the beginning of march 2024. I had some issues with the product and decided to contact the customer service. I got a really fast response and we could sort out the problem the easiest way possible. I can only recommend Gozney products.
