GBI’ve recently experienced a few issues… I’ve recently experienced a few issues with my Gozney Dome. I made contact with Gozney customer services and have been looked after by Paula. She was quick to respond to the issues I have been experiencing and came up with various solutions. She’s been fantastic! 5* service from Gozney.

CAImaginary Arc Accessories and Stand? Bought Arc Cover and Stand along with oven and other accessories on the release day on March 5th. Took over a month for the oven to arrive. Still awaiting a for the Cover, Stand and Peel to arrive. When I reached out to the Customer Services - they advised a 7 week lead Time of the Cover. No mention of the Stand - which is the more important item to me for now - as no where to put the oven. I still have no idea of when the stand and peel are to arrive. Will the cover be shipped this week? Products arrive well packaged and great looking - but extremely Sub-Par Customer Service. Haven’t been offered any compensation. Extremely disappointing.

GBTop Tier Experience Everything from the shipping time to packaging to the unboxing was very pleasant for a product this large. The booklets that came with it are far better than anything you could put on a webpage and I encourage you guys to keep doing this. Our oven has been kicking for almost a month now and we have no complaints! Both wood and propane work wonderfully.

AUAvoid dealing with incompetent gozney You totally messed up the colour of my arc xl I ordered, I ordered black you sent bone, you then had the black in stock again where I asked to return my unopened bone colour arc xl, by the time the incompetent staff got back to me the new stock you had in had sold out!! You offered me a 50% discount off a peel I paid for over a month ago and I’m still waiting for it! The customer service experience at gozney is laughable! If anyone working for me in my business had this attitude they’d be looking for a new job! Even giving you one star would flatter the experience I’ve had!
