I’ve recently experienced a few issues… I’ve recently experienced a few issues with my Gozney Dome. I made contact with Gozney customer services and have been looked after by Paula. She was quick to respond to the issues I have been experiencing and came up with various solutions. She’s been fantastic! 5* service from Gozney.

The quality of the product is superior… The quality of the product is superior to any other. The Arc XL is the perfect portable pizza oven. There were logistical problems with my on-line order-I received incorrect items-it took 5 weeks to get the item I ordered which was supposedly in stock.

Top Tier Experience Everything from the shipping time to packaging to the unboxing was very pleasant for a product this large. The booklets that came with it are far better than anything you could put on a webpage and I encourage you guys to keep doing this. Our oven has been kicking for almost a month now and we have no complaints! Both wood and propane work wonderfully.
