I had some issues with the product and decided to contact the customer service. I got a really fast response and we could sort out the problem the easiest way possible. I can only recommend Gozney products.

Helpful and responsive Helpful and responsive while in transit. Freight shipping is different than normal shipping like FedEx or ups. I had questions while it was in transit and Gozney was responsive. It was a little delayed but arrived and packaged well.
