Top Tier Experience Everything from the shipping time to packaging to the unboxing was very pleasant for a product this large. The booklets that came with it are far better than anything you could put on a webpage and I encourage you guys to keep doing this. Our oven has been kicking for almost a month now and we have no complaints! Both wood and propane work wonderfully.

My arc xl arrived with alot of scratches on the off black paint and shouldn't arrive like that as gozney is a premium company and the product should be shipped as such. The gas adjustment knob also was malfunctioning. Received a second off black arc xl with the same scratches. If not for a great customer service and professionalism from Ashlie this would have been a very negative experience. The biggest take away was I could not be promised a third oven would not have significant scratches like 2 I received. Great oven poor shipping packaging & or paint Finish.

I had some issues with the product and decided to contact the customer service. I got a really fast response and we could sort out the problem the easiest way possible. I can only recommend Gozney products.

He loved it and uses it for pizza, focaccia and anything else that needs a big cut. Love it and I know others will as well!
