She was quick to respond to the issues I have been experiencing and came up with various solutions. She’s been fantastic! 5* service from Gozney.

AUAvoid dealing with incompetent gozney You totally messed up the colour of my arc xl I ordered, I ordered black you sent bone, you then had the black in stock again where I asked to return my unopened bone colour arc xl, by the time the incompetent staff got back to me the new stock you had in had sold out!! You offered me a 50% discount off a peel I paid for over a month ago and I’m still waiting for it! The customer service experience at gozney is laughable! If anyone working for me in my business had this attitude they’d be looking for a new job! Even giving you one star would flatter the experience I’ve had!

GBMy husband saw our neighbor with the… My husband saw our neighbor with the big pizza cutter about 8 months ago and mentioned he wanted one. Come his birthday in April, I made the purchase. He loved it and uses it for pizza, focaccia and anything else that needs a big cut. Love it and I know others will as well!

GBHelpful and responsive Helpful and responsive while in transit. Freight shipping is different than normal shipping like FedEx or ups. I had questions while it was in transit and Gozney was responsive. It was a little delayed but arrived and packaged well.
