I am only giving 5 stars because my… I am only giving 5 stars because my experience with Ashlie at customer service. My arc xl arrived with alot of scratches on the off black paint and shouldn't arrive like that as gozney is a premium company and the product should be shipped as such. The gas adjustment knob also was malfunctioning. Received a second off black arc xl with the same scratches. If not for a great customer service and professionalism from Ashlie this would have been a very negative experience. The biggest take away was I could not be promised a third oven would not have significant scratches like 2 I received. Great oven poor shipping packaging & or paint Finish.
