Great team tournament travel We were recently in Montreal for a hockey tournament and used bus.com for our team travel. It was a great experience! In August I was very excited to be… In August I was very excited to be going to Boots and hearts music festival for the first time. By doing the right thing and being responsible I thought bus.com would be a reputable company to get me to and from my hotel at a very high cost. The first night we took the “bus” home the bus was not able to transport because it got stuck in the mud. The second night as per the schedule of buses that I had ahead of time when we were ready to leave at the scheduled time there were no buses available. Not only will I never use this company again I most definitely do not recommend family or friends to waste their money on this as my experience was less then helpful.

I booked with your company because I…wanted to leave early (8 a.m.) and it was easy to book with the company. I booked with your company because I needed to leave the school early in the morning (other bus companies can only leave at 9 a.m.), at 8 a.m., since the drive was long. The bus driver was 20-25 minutes late Since there was very little traffic, we would have arrived at our destination earlier and had more time to spend there. Also on the way back, he took the wrong turn, which made us come back very late as we got stuck in the construction traffic around the tunnel. Otherwise, it was very easy to book with the company and it was easy to get information from them.
