Harvard Boston to New York The bus came on time for our departure and the driver was kind. He gave us enough time during our breaks. Though he came a little late for our return, the experience overall was great and he was very understanding.

Staff retreat transportation The company representatives are very courteous and provided the guidance and help very promptly. We were happy with the services generally, bus was at departure points way before agreed time which was quite convenient for on-boarding. The first bus was a little old though spacious, and when we requested a newer bus for return trip, this was provided with no problem. Everyone was happy. We were being picked up in a very tough… We were being picked up in a very tough area for a bus to come into downtown, although the bus driver was late it was nothing he could handle and I appreciated the customer service rep keeping me informed with the ETA. The bus driver on the way back was early but allowed us to come out when we were ready. Very friendly bus drivers overall and would book again

Please do not use this company Please do not use this company; Booked several months in advance. Accepted payment a month prior to departure date for large group and then cancelled reservation 2 weeks from departure. No contact when trying to call or email to resolve issue. Extremely unprofessional business and want to make sure no one has to be strung along with their money tied up. Edit: bus.com reply makes it sound like they promptly responded on June 8th when we contacted them for CONFIRMATION. They confirmed on June 8th our trip was good to go. Proceed with caution they can cancel your reservation for whatever reason they come up with, whenever they feel like it.
