Rented two sprinter vans Rented two sprinter vans. One van followed the route correctly but the bus was dirty (used mask and water bottle); the other bus got lost twice and this group was not able to fulfill their objectives. Company provided a small discount for inconvience but apologies do not compensate for the fact that we couldn't complete our own business objectives. Businesses should understand that when they don't meet the stated goals, the customer should not have to pay.

Amazing Customer Service and Quick Turnaround I want to say that as school principal of a community school, it can be difficult for us to procure affordable transportation that is also reliable. Bus.com has been easy to work with and has always offered fair pricing with excellent availability. A special shout out to our rep Karen who is patient and has found solution after solution for us.

Please do not use this company Please do not use this company; Booked several months in advance. Accepted payment a month prior to departure date for large group and then cancelled reservation 2 weeks from departure. No contact when trying to call or email to resolve issue. Extremely unprofessional business and want to make sure no one has to be strung along with their money tied up. Edit: bus.com reply makes it sound like they promptly responded on June 8th when we contacted them for CONFIRMATION. They confirmed on June 8th our trip was good to go. Proceed with caution they can cancel your reservation for whatever reason they come up with, whenever they feel like it.
