In August I was very excited to be… In August I was very excited to be going to Boots and hearts music festival for the first time. By doing the right thing and being responsible I thought bus.com would be a reputable company to get me to and from my hotel at a very high cost. The first night we took the “bus” home the bus was not able to transport because it got stuck in the mud. The second night as per the schedule of buses that I had ahead of time when we were ready to leave at the scheduled time there were no buses available. Not only will I never use this company again I most definitely do not recommend family or friends to waste their money on this as my experience was less then helpful.

We were being picked up in a very tough… We were being picked up in a very tough area for a bus to come into downtown, although the bus driver was late it was nothing he could handle and I appreciated the customer service rep keeping me informed with the ETA. The bus driver on the way back was early but allowed us to come out when we were ready. Very friendly bus drivers overall and would book again

Rented two sprinter vans Rented two sprinter vans. One van followed the route correctly but the bus was dirty (used mask and water bottle); the other bus got lost twice and this group was not able to fulfill their objectives. Company provided a small discount for inconvience but apologies do not compensate for the fact that we couldn't complete our own business objectives. Businesses should understand that when they don't meet the stated goals, the customer should not have to pay.
