Top Notch Customer Service! The customer service has been phenomenal! I have had a lot of trips to plan for my residents (I work at a senior community) and I have had nothing but positive experiences with every person I have worked with through Bus.com! I also appreciate the flexibility in change of itinerary (adding stops, changing dates, changing timing, changing the size of the bus, etc.) The vehicles have always been on time and the drivers very kind and easy to work with! It's taken a lot of stress out of planning trips!

Great team tournament travel We were recently in Montreal for a hockey tournament and used bus.com for our team travel. It was a great experience! The agents were very helpful, easy to work with, responded immediately and providied exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend using them.

Harvard Boston to New York The bus came on time for our departure and the driver was kind. He gave us enough time during our breaks. Though he came a little late for our return, the experience overall was great and he was very understanding.

buses were excellent The buses that were offered were excellent! The two bus drivers were careful and kind! The dispatcher at the office on the day of the activity was confused. It would have been nice to have BOTH drivers contact info. We had the day 1 driver's info, but not the returning day!
