GBI did not transfer my tickets in time… I did not transfer my tickets in time from the email link to my account and my ticketmaster link expired. The agent I spoke with was excellent in helping resolve the matter. He put me on hold and contacted the seller quickly. The issue was solved fast and the agent was very pleasant and understanding!

GBi have not recieved my rolling stones… i have not recieved my rolling stones tickets and may not get them until the day before the show and if anything goes wrong it does not leave a lot of time to correct it it would be helpful to get them a couple of weeks ahead of time thank you norman grimes

GBEasy transaction As far as the secondary market goes for tickets, Ace is the best experience I've had so far. Easy to navigate the site, see seat views and complete the transaction. Tickets were transferred to my Ticketmaster app immediately. Fees are ridiculous but that's the case with all secondary market sellers these days.
