GBPooja = 10/10 Although Richard who I spoke to initially cut me off after being unable to wait a minute for me to find an order number this did mean I was put through to Pooja who was brilliant. She was friendly, quick at responding and answered fully, explaining anything I was unsure of. Just what you want when speaking to someone on a live chat!

GBI transfered a ticket to my wife for… I transfered a ticket to my wife for Take That but it didn't appear in her account, on the ASX system they said it was there but it wasn't in the app, so as it was good until the concert I thought by messaging customer services I had slim odds of getting a reply like with other companies. However, I had a quick reply and several messages later the ticket was sorted with plenty of time left, panic over, a great result.

GBDisappointed and Angry I tried several times to use my Barclaycard to book presale tickets at discount price, but the card was not accepted. However, when I used the same card to book at non discount price, it was accepted. I therefore had to pay an extra £28

GBSystem errors resulting in duplicate (non refundable orders)! I was wanting to purchase 3 tickets for the Summertime Ball and every time I tried the system said there was an error. As there was an error I tried again and now I have ended up with a duplicate order of 6 tickets! If the system errors, why complete the purchase, take the money and then say no refunds. Not happy - if someone can help me with this issue as I have now spent double the amount to purchase 3 tickets, please get in touch!
