Had a problem with not being able to view my tickets properly Had a problem with not being able to view one of my tickets properly. Despite having a bit of trouble explaining the problem customer services at AXS stuck with me and resolved the issue which finally turned out to be a technical glitch. It was really nice to deal with the same advisor from start to finish as we had to e-mail back and forth quite a few times. Polite and helpful.

Rapid resolution through chat. Got worried when email confirmation had not arrived after 24h... turns out it was my mistake and AXS support team resolved the issue super fast and nicely through the chat. Happily surprised.

I transfered a ticket to my wife for… I transfered a ticket to my wife for Take That but it didn't appear in her account, on the ASX system they said it was there but it wasn't in the app, so as it was good until the concert I thought by messaging customer services I had slim odds of getting a reply like with other companies. However, I had a quick reply and several messages later the ticket was sorted with plenty of time left, panic over, a great result.

System errors resulting in duplicate (non refundable orders)! I was wanting to purchase 3 tickets for the Summertime Ball and every time I tried the system said there was an error. As there was an error I tried again and now I have ended up with a duplicate order of 6 tickets! If the system errors, why complete the purchase, take the money and then say no refunds. Not happy - if someone can help me with this issue as I have now spent double the amount to purchase 3 tickets, please get in touch!
